[GAME] Joker Tickets to unlock emotes

an idea i had in mind and might be a useless change,
but it would be nice if we can use the jt to unlock emotes for the character... don't really need to give much detail on that.

I +1 this, it gives f2p players a reason to stick around a bit more without needing to wait for random unlocks, and most people who are in it for the long haul already bought account-perm (or at least character perm a few times over) emotes for all characters anyway, so it really shouldn't affect LO's profits at all.

I still  have no idea why this was not done before but we used to talk about it i social how it should of been done a long time ago since its so hard to unlock things.
