05/21 MAINTENANCE ANNOUNCEMENT

Hello everybody,

 

Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Thursday (05/21) starting at 9:00 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 8 hours.

 

Patch notes:

 

• Adds "Legends Street Wear" Bundle to the Joker Ticket store. This pack will have account wide versions available for purchase on ARMAS shortly after the maintenance has concluded.
  • This pack will feature the new Legends clothing items. These weren't quite ready for Legends release but we've patched them up and wanted to release them for our Memorial Day sale so players can get an extra early-bird discount on these new items should they want the account wide versions. Please note that due to the large amount of item combinations some of these new clothing items may currently allow for some unintended item combinations, releasing them now should help us identify and fix them quicker than we would during our regular testing cycles.
• Adds a new Matchmaking UI that will display the amount of Matchmaking passes, players ready per faction as well as the amount of ongoing backup calls.
• Adds a new static crosshair in the middle of the screen while a player is sprinting as well as the option to turn it off found in the games options menu.
• Fixed an issue causing Cross-District matches or backup calls to not properly add individual players or teams leading to missions starting with not all players or backup calls getting stuck as "Pending".
• Pending players now get cleared after a certain period of time should they fail to connect to the new district.
• Fixed an issue causing players to disconnect when making new characters or renaming existing ones.

 

Balance Updates:

 

SBSR 'Coroner' & 'IRS'

 

• Lowered Stamina damage from 250 to 245.

 

Dev comment: This is a minor change to prevent players from using the SBSR's in combination with the Stabba PIG to allow for almost instantaneous stuns.

Its not a matter of trust as much as believing they possess the ability.

they have zero control over the servers, some hack just presses a button and 

fin disappears so they can play wf, where there's no contacts.

So i go in thinking ill try, has to re up premium, then the hackers crash the server.

n next day is maint, now on thursday. So no revenge today

As long they can't fix the issue where the parked npc vehicles alarm randomly goes off when not touched, hit or anything else than driving by, each time they make an update, I don't believe or expect anything at all

Finally good changes after a while.
The game needs 10x more similar changes, more substantial ones.
It's sad that a static crosshair took 14 years to implement....
Let's hope this patch didn't introduce new issues.

I fail to see why the pack is separated for males & females and have different pricing for each? Why not make it into 1 bundle for both M/F?....

With such priorities, this game will soon be played only by admins and a bunch of wreckers whom they listen to, receiving money from them. Guys, seriously. Remove everything from the game that lowers FPS. Cut out all the editors. Make one female character in a black suit. And delete all cars except Vegas. You'll have less work to do. And your target audience, whose needs you are trying so hard to satisfy while killing the game, will be delighted.

tell me who the name of jesus christ himself was using corner pig? when was the last time you saw ANYONE using pig? maybe 2015? you guys are just nerfing the SBSR series so everyone uses the already metaed to hell and back cr762. I DEMAND JUSTICE.

What about the DMR-AV? It does the same thing. It also kills faster than the CR762 at +88M. 

 

If they want people to use the CR762, how about fixing the corrupt audio on the SLR series. I stopped using it after the 64 bit update because it clips the audio every shot. I then stopped using the CR variants on other characters because they nerfed the damage, making it pointless to use at range. 

Maybe they're trying to get people to mass purchase joker tickets to get the Anubis, since it's good enough at all ranges.
