You're not forthcoming with why support might have given you the response you've gotten, so at this point you should either try to continue the conversation with them or just make your peace about it. Nobody seems to be on your side regarding this matter. If your interactions with support before LO took over was the same as afterwards, then it looks like they've made their decision.

This topic is about a ban, something that should and prolly will be, Locked by a mod. Again you want to talk about your BAN but wont say why you were banned... So we get to assume it was something really bad like credit card fraud. So based on that No you will never get unbanned.

I think they have a very solid reason to why not unban you. You violated Terms of Service, they considered you not being banned just for the sake of banning like they did to others since they did not understand how good the skill can be of some players.

You are not saying anything about your case. The why part of you getting banned matters. So Until you say something about why you got banned, we will assume it was for Credit card fraud.

2. Hes got banned then hes not in his account as i remember or on social district

3. he has plenty of hours played on thich character same as insane ammount of legendaries and apb$

4. he want to know "WHY hes got banned!!" - he tryies to get this ansfer from at last 1-3 years as i remember with replies COPY/PASTE aanswer and close ticket
5. maybe some patootie fuked devs will look below their divine person and get know about it what hes done wrong 

6. he's not getting any information about - Time of ban / Reason of ban / system which bans him etc etc etc.

 

so i think it was unfair

 

anyway i got unbanned just now and the reason was "you will not jump using vegas 4x4 on empty district" + manual ban hammer using fairfight system

Im not sure if they are unbanning for ToS violations though.

But cheating bans were overturned because LO deemed fairfight flawed.

And again, I do not know if your friend will be unbanned or not.

because I can't access to it 'cuz hotmail blocked my email(didn't responded to the security questions) and I can't change my password since each time I'm trying to login to my main account saying "RESET PASSWORD" and they sending mail to my blocked email

See though Support is NOT bad so you attempting to bad mouth them is pretty trashy. Have had support do good replies, heck the CEO has replied in an insanely fast time frame to things.
