Songbearer 72 Posted June 13, 2018 Fun fact for you all: Back in the earliest RTW days, new players would start with the snubnose. What main weapon did they get, you ask? They didn't. That's right. All brand new players would have to their name is an ugly shirt, some sweatpants, and a snubnose. This was before they implemented recoil and weapon handling, too, so missions were basically plapping at each other with capguns for the first hour or so. Adorable. Later on in development they gave new players the STAR LCR, which was a special STAR that fired at a much slower rate than normal but had pinpoint accuracy. G1 replaced this with the STAR we know today and the FBW, but the LCR used to be sold on ARMAS and crops up occasionally. It's not a great gun, but it's a fine nostalgia piece.
