Fortune Runner Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 locked for 15 minutes is because you disconnected and the server takes up to 15 minutes to unlock that character. its working as intended , though i forget the details why it does that. Quote

When thing like this happens in games it is because the server is waiting to receive information back so the game thinks the player is in the game. As for what it makes you wait it is probably to prevent losing data if the old connection is terminated when trying to log in back. However it will probably take less than 15 mins anyway for the game to release the old connection. Quote
CookiePuss Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 Sometimes I get locked out for 15 minutes for 2 days. APB is a time lord confirmed. Quote

jmiIos Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 You can log into the account but can't access the server? If that's the case try using VPN (vpn must be turned on before accessing the account) I 've had the same problem for a month now and still hasn't been fixed Quote
