Freeze Bug

Recommended Posts

How long till you fix the bug thats causing the game to freeze/stutter long enough to cause a crash? Its been months already and its gotten 10x worse since the Halloween event came out and were losing plays from it. Ive crashed nearly 10 times today alone and lost out on quite abit.

Edit: crashed twice within the last 5 min mid missions during respawn.

20 serie cards and the subsiquent updates to the drivers has fucked some games

apb doesnt help when it mixes 2 UI elements like a frankenstein store using the corpse of a toys R us

its been reported a few times and so far they only wanted crash reports

dont think they will bother fixing it until engine upgraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaed in 2030 after the american civil war and god emperor trump declaring a new empire with him as supreme leader

can confirm this isnt just a nivida issue

having same issue on r9 290x

Yet another APB issue, big surprise. Wonder when it will be fixed or if the SPCT team even reported it.

You want to know if we've tested every video card?

Didnt this card come out in 2013?

If it did it should be working fine right now

You have neither told us what specs you are running nor properly described the bug you are experiencing.

The crash bug related to RTX cards has been reported a long time ago, there is no proper fix for it afaik.

The "stutter/freeze into crash" bug is extremely vague. APB always had issues with stuttering due to bad garbage collection, not enough or slow RAM or slow harddrives.

I personally haven't noticed a single change in performance ever since LO took over and I keep consistent 120/144 fps.

Why should they even try to fix that issue for live at this point?
Just wait for the engine upgrade ...

Hey, at least they fixed the freeze + mouse lag that some people have since august.

They just change the bugs 😑
