The biggest issue with the shredder is its 20m max damage range and 0.84 ttk. This may give it an edge vs other shotguns (outside the DOW) at +10m range, but will still lose out to both SMGs and ARs.

Yeah the default skin is horrible, and that extremely long reload will get you killed, but when you take into account the gun it's based on, it's not that bad. 1
