We usually announce issues such as this on our Discord. We are aware that many of the accounts unbanned on Wednesday have a permanent trade-lock on them. For the time being I suggest you submit a Ticket to our Customer Support team while we are investigating the issue.

@MageLO Thanks for the quick reply. Why aren't these changes communicated anywhere? Making significant changes like these should be made very clear in an post on the APB Launcher so its clear that this issue is not code regression and is actually intended even if it is just a temporary change. Also I have to disagree with the escalation claims you mentioned, this doesn't take in account the fact that opposition can sometimes be comprised entirely of a premade. Which unbalances the game heavily when they are playing against a random team. When the new matchmaking system was in place, I had to play against a 4 man premade 5 times in a row. They had 3 golds and one silver. My team was almost always comprised of silvers with one other gold. These 3/4 stack premades should be put against a full gold team so its atleast balanced in some way or random teams should be allowed to call for escalation at all times when playing against a premade. Voice comms in team based games give such a significant advantage over random teams.

I am grateful to you for unblocking my account. But what if your stupid anti-cheat bans me again? The support service ignored my requests for a whole month. I'm not sure if my account won't be blocked again tomorrow. Fix the anti-cheat!

this could've been handled way better, instead of just having an unban wave on the back of a rise in rage cheaters in fight club and announcing that the anticheat has been turned off, you could've just waited until the *new* anticheat was rolled out and then do this. if matt thinks these cheaters aren't going to risk their accounts because "new content on the horizon" then he is sorely mistakn and/or delusional, as I witneesed people speedhacking on CBT accounts back in G1 era. and after all this is just a big middle finger to those who played legit, seeing all these losers cheat their way to maxing out roles then having their accounts handed back to them, makes me wonder why I even bother playing legit!

My entire account was deprived of anything worth a penny a few months ago and my support tickets got ignored, but I'm glad to know that the reason for this is that we're giving scumbags a second change to ruin everyone's experience! Its all a Big Lie. its some jaw dropping propaganda. n yes my jaw dropped when i read matts message. It's like you staff sit n think up ways to trigger Mack. First off there were no Bans except one we know of, and he was not returned. You can't have banned anyone because eac never detected anyone hacking, and the only bans that went out were for behavior and the one guy out of bounds. So I can see the gms are gonna play protect the bad guy. So I'll have to just block chat. So they gonna run around name calling and aimbotting n we can say nothing about it. Matt refuses to fix the car, and spends time with distractions like the new Gold feeding MM. Come in to a district already filled with hackers, n let a bunch more of alleged banned hacks come in. We can't have any organization, first you finish the first thing, the car. Then u move on to trying to get a decent anticheat which you wont, then you fix mm to not have golds and legits in same missions. Ya don't make a car, then say the parts are just sitting there, n then skip it n do all this other hog wash, especially lying to me about banning hacker, nobody got banned but kerry. So I was right all along, The game is rigged, the owner is rigged and friends of the hackers. Your staff are here to protect the hackers from bans and chat insults. Yet the hax can name call all day long on the legit. So Now, All of U. The Toxics you unbanned, the gms, matt scott, all of you. Unbanning accounts that were affected by EAC is understandable, but everyone? Those cheaters have multiple accounts. Most won't care about the unban, but some will get back their rare items, like legendary weapons and themes. This isn't going to bring back legit players. This isn't going to bring in new players. It's going to be a circle-jerk of "I wAs LeGiT!"

overall 10vs10 is fine but other systems are not adapter for it. some spots are hard to reach, don't have enough time, defending team spams with car spawns, explosive/sniper weapons. some spots have weird spawns far away. also respawn system don't take current mission task locations into account when allowing to choose spawn point (its also damn weird 'feature', don't know who's idea this was) also getting as a backup into missions with 1 minute time left is kinda stupid and should not be allowed TL;DR: 10vs10 is fine, everything else needs to be tweaked for it.

Game isn't worth the cheats to beat the oligarchs they let hack. I mean its not even a game anymore its just a sand box. LO destroyed most of the game by letting golds that mostly hack or have to hack to get gold, letting them into bronze district because they cried for it. Then instead of fixing the problem they caused by letting golds into regular servers, that messed up mm, and instead of fixing it, they make it to feed said golds. So thats how they fixed what they broke by letting golds in, so they tweek mm to suit the golds and feed them, they never banned any hackers only a couple of legits. So eac never detects anything, which i think was on purpose. They let friends call people names in chat. Golds and it seems staff hate legit players venomously. Report is out because matt said eac was not a version we could use, and that it is being taken out meaning the report wont be handled by the eac company if read at all. And LO manually reading reports wont happen for years because of all the tickets they are behind on. Be years before this other AC will be put in, and years more after that to put LIGHTS ON THE CAR. But no we gonna help the hackers n put that on the back burner while we help golds with mm first. LO's threat system is a scam, they let hackers hack so induce legit players into buying said hacks. So they can ban the accounts like mine where I've spent over 3 grand, they figure i have to start over n spend another 3 grand. I got news for U crooks, I aint spending a dime now. Ive changed all my character names so none of you LO Gold Hacking Sociopaths can call me names now. All of you belong in Prison for Wire Fraud, You Reap What You Sow

After I was incorrectly banned by anti-cheat, I got offended. I created a new account and continued to play on it for a while. At some point, I met real unscrupulous crooks of a fairly high rank in the game. It's terribly demotivating. Anger pushed me to download cheats and start destroying the game. But conscience and a sense of self-respect did not allow this to be done. Not all players will do the same as me. It turns out to be a pretty idiotic situation. Shoddy anti-cheat and indifference of the administration lead to the appearance of new cheaters destroying the game.

Since that time, I have been checking my email every day in order to perhaps find any convincing reason from the administration/game support regarding this matter or any response. However, there is no response even after the old section moved the complaints to a new section. If you cannot solve our technical problems, just close this despicable game

"Fixed biggest problem of the game: banned N cheaters." When? Most of them using cheats on main accounts, they not afraid of bans...

Unfortunately, once you are banned that’s the end of things with LO. There is no “hey let’s talk about this”. The ban is their final answer. Best you can do now is hope you were one of the accounts labeled as a false positive and LO someday unbans you, but they won’t be discussing anything with you in the meantime. This is why your tickets disappear I think. It’s probably automated.

Bots farming hours to make scam accounts look legit.

90% are blatant cheats, and there is no AC or Report. So it is War it is not about the obj or mission. Its about killing as many hackers as you can before the time runs out. The sooner LO provides aim assist or LO version of smooth aim, available to all veterans the better. Until then I do things my own way. So I risk my account, only legits are gonna get banned cuz LO favors the hackers, So Ban me then. Im gonna DO what I have to Do. Tired of LO catering to criminals. They have nerfed kevlar so it takes the same number of bullets to kill with kev 3 as it takes to kill me on fragile, n ya need fragile cuz the servers run so patoottie that you run slow all the time, whilst the golds speed hack and get away with it. Then sit in chat n call names of people who arent hackers or buying into their preteen retoric. The Back up option is good but they dint fix the basis of mm. its still a bunch of golds on one side starting out vs a bunch of bronze cuz LO let them into bronze district n then lets them hack with no consequences. From the looks of it, they let all the actual hackers back in but not the legits they banned. U people get not a Dime until I am granted the same hax as u let them have, for free.

I got banned for being out of bounds permanently. Lmao, just take it with a grain of salt, the game will die either way if they keep banning 2000$+ accounts for simple things.
