Yep you are not the only one Support didnt help me much. Thay said i should keep an eye on the forums.... I think There is a problem with the connection to the servers for some players Sometimes it lets me to log in but when i select a district its stuck at the loading screen forever I hope thay will fix it...

Try this Open the game Go task manager Search apb Under apb there is *vivox voice service* Click on it then end process Hope it helps
