I think it's safe to assume all snipers. After all, the point of a sniper is to shoot things at a long distance.

I'd say get feedback before completely removing FC. Run them both, see what one is more liked.

oh totally run the new mode in place of Open Conflict, no one plays it.

I can't tell if this is serious or not. I have to say I'd be against FC being gutted. Open conflict is useless, I agree on that. No one plays OC. People still play FC and eithet an Asylum or Baylan server will always be full. If you gut FC you should run an event for people to earn Joker Tickets in mission districts.

If it's not 3rd party it's fine. You can rebind your keys, and the scroll wheel is an option. Therefore it's not cheating. How can something be cheating if it's in the game?

I lose my packets because I'm clumsy. I'm always dropping my packets everywhere, can't keep em all in one place. Yeah, packet loss is an issue. It makes playing the game completely impossible with my 1 megabit down internet. I can never tell if I'm lagging or the servers are.

In an incredibly bad planning move by me I won't be home on time for the event. 10/10 job by me, I know. We'll have to plan it for when we have got more than 4 people, as we already know what 4 shields do.
