Why Is L.O. Allowing Blatant Speed Hacking in NA. Why is Matt Scott not in district stopping him. Why are no GM's in district stopping him? None of these balancing changes they have made has any Merit. If the masses of hackers we're eliminated, Then some of these changes may have some good or bad merits to the game. Until something is done, which at this point means a new owner, who does not favor hackers, doesn't favor short term bans or any bans at all. Someone who when You cry for help against hackers doesn't turn around and stab you in the back and dig up 1000s more hackers to throw at you. Trying would be mass bans and not fibbing about eac. Games gone, its been dead n hax are making sure it stays dead. They refuse to play fin only play wf so they can dial in their bots. So you consider the amount of money spent on hax to stop one legit in a game they already killed. Game is ran by criminals the government has failed to arrest.

Money. The one word answer to most problems. See the west na server has always been. It was the Bronze server thru out segregation. Being a californian, my ms was very low 1-15ms, but if we wanted to play the more popped district which was silver, we had to go up to 25-40 ms. I believe what was known as the eastern server located in new york was the old silver server. My point being that the current west server has always been here. So they had to pay for the east server n don't seem to pay for west. Based on what I heard Matt saying in the pod cast. So they have to find a server in the eastern US, but one that is budget friendly. The west server is free to my knowledge.

I've never seen this function in apb, I see allot calling '85 but that seems to be an estimate. I don't believe an enemy damage bar would work in apb. War thunder has something like this, mainly used in the Naval area. Where target are slow moving and miles away, and you can repair under fire. So relative to apb where targets are moving much faster at closer ranges. Where everyone has the same health (excluding kev and fragile). The time to rehealth or repair is much smaller. Too many variables to install a health bar, or pop up box. not enough room on the screen. With WT there are different vehicles with different damage models and health. The Health/damage box only shows up if you hit them, and is really only used or needed for large heavy armored targets. I realize I'm comparing apples to oranges but in apb that health number could change very fast based on too many variables. Use of med spray is instant, not a long repair over time. Or the guy could trip n fall, so by the time the damage box shows up with a value, the opp could have med sprayed, fallen, been shot by a tm. That said, I don't believe it would be a simple thing to program in.

Ya the game is geared for high performance players by way of mm, lack of segregation. Then the anti cheat false ban Hog Wash story Matt told. Now if he had been honest and said we have a low pop so were gonna let some of the banned back in. We'd be unhappy but he'd be honest. So now it doesn't matter if you prove them a hacker or report em ect. They just gonna let em back in. Then when they come back in, they terrorize everyone they think is a snitch, or not a hacker. So reporting or coming here to 'Tell on them' is an unviable weapon against them. So yes, the no name shaming policy and You did not follow the right channels to do this. You are suppose to send your video to support. The forum and it's gm's are not able to help you or the situation. Only the support staff can do this. Don't get me wrong, I hate hackers. We have known about the Ytube videos for a long time but if the staff use just those vids as evidence the accused player will say the vid was altered. Then getting back to the penalty if they are banned, they will just get let back in. The Way to get the hacker is to take what he wants. Most want gold and a high k/d and lots of em like to chat bash. So you mess with them by not engaging in chat or listening to it. You be the mediocre player on their team when they demand all gold hi scoring as tm's and opp. That is basically the object of the game now, to irritate hackers. You already know that any mission will be mostly hax, so you're gonna lose. But You don't play to win or lose, you play when bored with other games simply to find deviates and irritate them. Until then the only thing I would recommend doing is writing your congressman to work for new laws governing games and aimbots as a Fraud offense. Cuz we are not getting any help from LO

What if I didn't want to hunt pumpkins. I see it as noise pollution, to missions and my personal music. Ruins my tactical focus. You already have to mute out to spawn in cause of the joker. They should keep their pumpkins in the event. If you shoot one in a mission, just to shut him up, it will expose your position on radar. So I guess the answer is to hunt them all down, with each of like 9 characters. Event turned me against the Holiday long ago. Pumpkin Pie I used to love, now I hate it and it gives you heartburn and the runs.

The original designers were narrow minded and under educated about Vehicles in general but more so with Trucks. Any Truck should have its drive wheels under the Load, or under the Truck Bed. A Drive Axel supports supports suspension and its weight steady's the Truck and puts the center of mass closer to the rear wheels. Although the time of the development came in a time when government out regulated rear drive vehicles based on safety and fuel economy and weight. The Devs seeming to take this as the New Way for all vehicles, failed to research the real life model of this Vehicle. Which is the GMC Sonoma/Chevrolet S-10-SS Yr 2000-2004. ( SS for Super Sport). Some come with a 4 cyl. but Mine has a V-6 3.4 Liter, RWD. Even the 4cyl models are all rear wh drive. Mine is 24 yrs old, you barely tap the starter and it fires up every time, and even with it being choked by smog regulation, it still will lay rubber all the way down the street. I think LO would only be able to tweek some of the values like damage, because to make it rear wh drive, they would have to rewrite the whole vehicle. So I do appreciate the health buff

You have to consider the source. Most of these kids are ignorant to what the word respect is. But Ya, as one of very very few legit players, I only 'Play' to fook over those that don't belong. With a Non-existent Anti cheat, and most players either hate trolling legits and or exceeding the average score of the average hacker in the Pool. MM appears to be rigged because ya can't get missions without golds. So Ya, they are people who invaded the bronze district and ruined the game. So you play to screw them out of farming and anything you can. Beings they hate legit players so badly. So its not the game or tickets or anything normal you would think, that I play for. These low lifes have been in game ruining it for years, and allowed to do it. Escalation simply deprives grinders of xp, bringing you in late. Wastes your time. With unopposed missions turned off, you can only grind on the district that is full, and can't do anything in the other district. You have to wait. It would be nice if there was a setting to turn on or off back up missions. It's alright for a max rank but a grinder needs a fresh mission, you're not going to get the min score of i think 500 by coming in late. Anything lower than the 500 and you get zero progress on your contact. This is why car trolling a mission is so common, they know you're coming and have others waiting to crash into you from outside the mission. Then if ya get there some sweat wil tk ya. So in most cases you cant even trust your team mate.

Ya, the thread was made as an example. They nerfed the vegas years ago when LO took over. The thread was more to do with the crying over the .45. Im not really a reporting type person. The vegas actually needs to be buffed back to the pre LO times. They took the wheelies out. No this was the fruit of an ongoing clan war. Problem is the elements of this clan do not always fly a flag. So these were thought to have been random trolls or haters. characters with American names. So these were covert attacks by that clan, who has now admitted it. So beings its a War. There is no reason to punish the vegas. As I a one man unofficial clan, and had played with these people allot, we always got along. I used to stick up for them in chat when race comments start going. So I've never understood their War, but a war it is. Had I deduced their identity earlier I simply would have counter attacked members of that clan. Instead of thinking it was yet another country or faction starting a second war. You see before apb i played allot of the older facebook 2d games. We all had clans and wars n their were diplomatic talks and documents to be signed, spies and counter spies. So when someone with a clan tag attacks me outside a mission I naturally consider it a clan sanctioned act, and that means that I can retaliate against anyone wearing that tag, or being in close contact with said clan's administrators. I think allot of the more recent attacks are a ploy to get me to complain, to have LO Restore eastern districts, and or to get me to quit. Yes. They indicate it was raised from 5 meters to 25 meters. RHD LS1 'Corsair' Now fires roughly 17% faster. The minimum damage per shot the Corsair can deal is now 30% of its base damage. (was 45%) Minimum damage range of the Corsair has been increased from 5m to 25m. Recovery delay reduced by 25%.

This is Slug firing 20 Gauge. This is good but not good enough for something firing a solid slug. Should have never been set so low to begin with. I mean 5 meters is like 15 ft. I'll try the gun again, but if it does not perform I won't continue the rent to own. This game has always had this misunderstanding of ballistics. For one any drop off in velocity occurs over distance gradually. Shotguns do drop off a bit quicker than rifled rounds but not instantly at a given range, the bullet decides its only worth .2cents. You still have all that mass. So somebody sits 16 ft away n tanks 5 quick rounds from a slug n just smiles n kills ya. That's not a Slug firing shotgun I want to have. Even if I shot him with a .410 with bird shot 5 times, he'd be dead at 16 feet away. So this is better.

This is 'Theft by Wire' or Wire Fraud. These Loyalty points are only given to customers who have paid into the system. You giving these codes would be an attempt to fraud or defraud Lo of revenue on Your friends part if used.

This is a big part of the mistrust of LO or Matt. Prior to the unbanning and matts pod cast about eac false banning. We had hackers n trolls everywhere, we had zero faith in eac doing any bans, let alone false bans. Everyone knows that eac was bypassed within 12 hrs of it's install. Then Matt tells us the bans are 30% false in a monitored closed district. So this test didn't happen in a main live district. So this wasn't 30% of our people in a full district where the ac has to monitor the entire pool of the district. So to me it's kinda a lop sided fib. Because we saw no banns except 2-3 we know of. And I don't believe eac could have banned that many or hardly anyone to start with. So then to have the depths of Hell unleashed on us by matt unbanning people from Years back, long before eac. Then we gonna add in that after unbanning he puts in a new contact. So we had to fight hard core hackers and trolls to get the contact done. This with known gangs working to stop non hackers from scoring an xp. So mission after mission of zero xp. I know it sounds like a rant, but hear me. Then either due to MM fixes or pop increase the max pop was lowered from 50 to 40/40. Now in my mind this was a little white lie to make room for GM's in district. So I figured that they were in district, invisible or out of site, Watching these trolls. Had full view of the chat box and the toxics. So this leads to great mistrust, thinking that they are watching it all happen. But the Trollacks made a mistake. one mistake that vindicated the gm's. Not the gm's fault, it's Matt's. I believe the whole eac thing was hogwash, and that the unbanning was done simply to bring up the numbers. Which I can understand from a business stand point. But then he went into how he doesn't believe in perm bans. Well then you need to lay out and describe what the penalty range will be. Not to threaten the hackers but to reassure the legit community. So all of that is still up in the air, If we do report or catch a hacker by sard, what's he gonna do. is he gonna send their mom a letter the first time. Is he gonna ban em for 3 days or what? What would the max penalty be, basically how long can community rest and be assured this person will not be loose on the streets of the City.

It really won't matter, with matt just letting em back in at some point. The only way to stop the hackers is to take what they want. which is gold threat and a record of k/d along with being toxic. These people play because they are mean sociopaths. You Must give me full Sanction. Nerf any designer made sound/song, these are abused to troll missions. Either LO get them or I Will. It was mentioned that gms would be watching. I've thought all this time these things were seen and over looked. I'll just put this the best way I can. It is a pity, and a shame that I will have to risk my account, because of Matts decision to not watch. Heavy bass that over powers all sound a block away. so double b's to the high school. So matts sound kits are trash for one. N he used that bass to follow ya n trolled 3 missions in a row and nobody stopped him. Basically trying to physically injure peoples ears who want to play. So all the hackers are gonna pay now. Matt wont install any in game security or use sard. Matt was less than honest about the eac testing, and unbanned people from ff. Not unbanned from eac. So I have Zero trust in Matt based on who was unbanned. I still believe eac only banned two people automatic. So theres that, that I don't trust matts word, and the vast hackers and their enlistment of this sound troll. So plain n simple I'm going after him and the hackers. Matt can take this account n shove it. He's not in district watching so he is useless and untrusted. Dude in forum said the server side of sard was not on, and no gm rebutted that. So its been known or thought that the ac is not active and is simply a scam. So reporting for hax or toxic acts is still out. These people are aimbotting in the air, floating in the air and botting and they still need this troll to shot block and totaly screw your ears to help the hacking opp. So its on. if I get banned I get banned.
