Really? You guys are still using the failed daily thing for rewards? The tried and true grinding tiers works best for events and allows those with multi chars to get it done before the end of the event (not to mention those with busy scheds arent left out if they miss afew days)

Hey @Lixil will support be getting to other tickets anytime soon? Ive had one in que for over 3 months now about my acc losing an outfit slot.

Satisfy everyone with the skin and the winners for hard work. Everyones happy and its the right thing to do above all. Slapping someone isnt cool and we all know that. Nobody is going to get the sam exp when you have so many cheaters controlling the top ranks. Bots will get past and bugs np. It is a spoiled child lol Sooooo question, if your using a bot are you truly equal or are you compensating just to be gud?

Actually if the Forever Alone title is anything to go off of ppl do care about exclusive titles. Alright Matt I understand, though having a win tracker might be something to look into for future events to help with this issue. And I understand Matt I didnt expect it to be feasible but going through a list on paper it was something just to mention.

I enjoy a challenge dont get me wrong. Handing it out to those who participated only im fine with but as I have said many times those who won legitly and did the right thing in letting others win should have an exclusive of some kind for their hard work and support (so they arent slapped when said hard work is given out). Ppl who griefed and abused it shouldnt get anything. Wether I won the skin or not this is just the right thing to do and encourages the community to do the right thing which will lead to a better quality of life in game. I am well aware of what I have done during the course of the event and I still feel that way about the event and wether I won or not doesnt factor into what the right thing is. I could have not been on once during the event id still be saying what im saying now about a handout.

You dont think all the kiddies arent going to complain about not being handed free rewards in the future after this? You think after this the ppl who broke the TOS are going to shape up cause LO took a stand? U think ppl who played fairly might not not play fairly next time cause theres no point? I feel like im spot on in the future implementations that just handing this out will bring, even if it isnt the prettiest thing in the world.

As does Matts choice to just hand out the skin to everyone. Why try and why play fairly when you can just have everything handed to you on a silver platter?

Welp so much for hard work being worth something. Skin gets handed out no questions asked. Makes all the anger and everything else that went with dealing with the flaws in this event completely worth it.

That make an even bigger point to nerf the HVR damage if that can change what it takes to kill against other snipers.

Whenever I use my scout after 50m it takes 3 shots to kill instead of 2. Am I balanced diff then everybody else then? I normally use the valentines scout which is modeled after the RT1 and I also have a reaper. Both start dropping after 50m for me. Then why is it that it takes 3 after 50m? I can count numerous times where less then 90m i had to shoot 3 times.

The scout starts dropping at 50m so no. Its from there on where you gota shoot 3 to kill.

The HVR in all regard is still a crutch as its still 850 damage with no range dropoff (unlike every other gun in the game). Not having this dropoff auto makes it op as it doesnt follow a mechanic for every other gun. Its still ez mode and can be abused at close range (percs anyone?) and i still see qs fairly often so all in all the nerf wasnt enough. The HVR for starters should follow the damage dropoff mechanic like anything else in game which will make other snipers more viable as right now no other sniper can compete with the HVR (or buff damage on other snipers to compensate for the HVR). A slight damage nerf to somewhere between 725 and 760 should also solve the cqc bs and will make it so percs cant auto kill after taking a HVR shot. The scout is more intended for closer ranges as far as snipers go and should be more viable in such range then the HVR (but its not) Snipers arent meant for close range and the fact that the HVR is so dominating outside of its role isnt right and needs to be fixed for the overall gun balance in APB.

In the past these used to be that way. Master the role get the weapon from contacts and achievements are steam unlocks. But G1 was too dumb so none of these from yrs past actually show on steam. Its one of the many things that needs to be fixed (Halloween achievements from yrs past as well are the same way on steam)

Thats another good suggestion to fixing this issue and I do support this as well as the other similar ones that were put up here. Nobody gets a slap in the face and it encourages ppl to play nice. It would be better if events werent so bugged and the community always did the right thing but im going abit far there.

Its part of the problem of the event so yes, its relevant. And id like to think if ppl werent doing it for bragging they wouldnt boast the number of times they won in the event dist each night. Just saying.

Not saying everyone is evil, but the fact stands that 99% of repeat winners did it just to win. Yes there were those select few who won by accident or did it for the JT but lets be honest here, most did it just to brag and troll.

It was the same ppl over and over and over even after GMs asked to stop they kept winning and it prevented others from getting the skin. Why? So they could brag about how many times they won and so less ppl have the skin in the end. Nothing but griefing from said winners and tbh they should all serve a suspension for breaking the tos for griefing, but we know thats not guna happen.

The truth behind the gambling boxes is coming out and soon enough they will be done away with. With the EU moving towards barring them outright and sev other countries looking into them its only a matter of time. At this point in APBs life EU makes up the majority of the pop and income so I expect JMBs to be gone and the guns will be outright sold on armas soon enough. The guns from the power boxes I dont expect to see sold on armas. Not at all. It is better then the OBIR. FFA doesnt have the zoom an OBIR has and that makes it more viable at closer ranges and if its more viable at a bigger range swath then that means its better no?

That is not the main event this yr, the slay bells is the featured event this xmas. Gun games is just back by popular demand and might not have the rewards it had in yrs past.

Your like what, one of only 12 ppl who currently have it? Theres so few ppl who have it thats how exclusive it is. And im not sure how many won the event but I do know that the number who only won once is very small.

Me and Vicky already brought up new exclusive skins and the butcher skin is quite exclusive. Its one of the few things that still has it after what G1 did for yrs and yrs. If it was given to 12 ppl it would still be quite exclusive.
