Not going to happen. Creating a BR mode on a game already public is the entire reason LO bought APB.

Why was RIOT made? Let's see... Battle Royale games are the hot thing right now. As a game developer you want to get into what's hot. The problem is, games take years to develop. If you start a game that takes 3 years to get to market you run the risk of the BR craze being over and you fail to make the big profits you were hoping for. Or, you find a game that's already out and mature, buy it, develop your BR mode and hope to God that you can expand your playerbase. People who like the old stuff will stick around, because you're not removing the old stuff, but you're really hoping for lots of new players who are going to want to drop a lot of money. TL:DR, the whole reason LO bought APB was to get a BR game to market quickly and at a reduced cost.

At a minimum. Free days to compensate those that lost time. Beyond that there should be something given as a sign of good faith because their service was practically unusable for a substantial amount of time. I think gifts from Armas would be too much (but nice) but if it was possible I'd like to see a week with +200% (or higher) mission rewards and contact standing. It would be fitting as a way to make up for that lost time.

Car Surfer doesn't need a nerf or a new drawback. The fact you're completely exposed is enough of a negative.

It is working. I see rerolls all of the time. Some players just take a while to get caught. Some players you think are cheating are just really good or got lucky against you.

I don't think the patch was rushed. They made the changes they wanted. It works. It might make some people unhappy, but this wasn't about appeasing the players.

You don't bank your whole company on a game nearing 10 years old and on the brink of collapse. I'm sure the size of their investment in APB is not that large enough to ruin the company if it utterly fails. Besides, I doubt "saving" the game is why they bought APB in the first place. They wanted to get into the battle royale space and they ran the risk of the fad being over by the time they finished if they had to develop something from scratch. Best thing to do is find an existing game you can get for cheap and develop it to your goal.
