Cheat to break a rule or law usually to gain an advantage at something. So breaking a TOS is not breaking a rule? Issue I have had from the start is the massive amount of people that abuse this community til it all but died just to get ahead. They profited for years and now they profit more. Yes they May get banned if they cheat in game, but so far many of them are making real world cash money off the shit they forced others to suffer through. Nazi don't get to keep the gold they stole right?

Selling an account or in game items for real cash is cheating, cause breaking rules is cheating of a sort, and i have seen people that were banned selling their accounts and or legendary weapons for real cash. So see that is not assuming anything, that is factual information. And just because you get out of jail on a technicality doesn't mean you are not a cheater, just means that you profit from a flaw in a system.

How many times has a clutch cool down reduction been what won you a mission though? I mean it is nice and all but pay to grind less is not winning. well it is winning at life but not at the game...

Attach accounts to a real ID. That solves the account trade part of it. The accounts being posted for sale on steam and or other websites should be evidence enough, think that is called solicitation. I do not think they can really stop the trade of in game items or cash for real world money though. And honestly If you get scammed it is your own fault, everyone knows how shady people are, and more so when on the internet, so why risk it? Also I have not really believed that /report did anything for years. Game idea new currency Bonds, no tax on the can cash them out at anytime for face value... idk just something came to mind and would prolly cause more problems really. Or maybe Gold.... Or in game Joker boxes... wait gambling is an issue already..

Odd idea but cheaters would cheat even if not unbanned. Sorta like they did for years already. Unbanning everyone only gave them all their stuff and accounts to sell off for real cash. People want to say it brought back all the peoples to the game. Really? Because there was in influx of playerbase before they unbanned people already. Honestly it profited the cheaters more than anyone. So once again crime pays in San Paro.

The sites where they sell these accounts and items are public. If LO cared they could easily look at those sites. Many of those people don't even bother to use a different name on those sites. All those character name change requests that are getting popular, yeah those accounts were just sold and the new owner wants a new name. Funny thing that the accounts sell for more than the name change, so LO makes less then the people violating the TOS...
