What makes the Whisper more OP than the standard OCA? If you say range, try going up against an HVR at 50m+. DMR-AV is the same as the DMR, except it is Anti-Vehicle. .45 vs FBW is debatable. Also, ask anyone, and the FBW is probably the best all around secondary in the game.

VAS = NTec. C9 = OCA Ursus and Yukon are not available to buy on ARMAS. Check the ingame Marketplace.

And the toy knife is an ARMAS weapon. Most are reskins. So they function identically to the base gun. The few that aren't reskins, are niche weapons. Strife? Sure, it can one shot Fragile users..... If you are in hugging distance, and hit them square. The spread and damage drop off are massive. The clip is small, and the next shot takes forever to ready. You'll die before you get the second shot off against any other shotgun. DMR-AV? Okay, it has better Hard Damage, but still works just like a regular DMR against people. Under 70m, you have to expend the whole clip to blow up most cars. Sounds easy, right? Sure, if you aren't under fire, and/or the car isn't coming at you. Have there been issues in the past? Yes. But G1 was slow to take action. We won't disagree on that. We'll see how LO does. But to say that APB is Pay2Win? Then your analogy would be right, except the citizen would have a gun, and distance.

When I start a new character, I have 37 pages of mail of all the stuff I have account wide. Nearly a grand spent in the game, and that's not counting gifts I have gotten. If APB was Pay2Win, I'd be a constant Gold.

Contact support. The Forums don't know the answers (unless we summon @Lixil). And most that are telling you to do the mission, or get good, are people that are Fight Club Heros, or don't know how bad it is in the Bronze District. Screen shot these daily offenders. After a week, seeing the same Gold names over and over and over again, take those screenshots, and submit it to support.

Fight Club? What's that? The -ONLY- thing that offers is the Crown, that I don't have. I was saving for it, but then... Ticket wipe. Anyways, as far as other MMO's... Say, Overwatch, LoL, or Siege, those games, have competition. Those games, have seasons, brackets, proper ELO, Glicko, etc ranking brackets, and, a Pro League. APB has none of that, will never have that, and unless the whole game was remade, doesn't play like that. And why? Because Gold's bitched when they got threat locked. Boo hoo. EVERY other competitive game does it. But, let's talk matchmaking. Matchmaking is fine. It's the community that is the problem. If Golds were ONLY on the Gold Districts, you'd have fair amount of skill variance. With 40 to choose ranging from Gold 1 - Gold 10, the most common would be between Gold 4 - Gold 6. So, if it is going to let it get up to a 5v5, you'd have a fairly decent team. But as it stands, you have Golds in a district where it goes from Green to Gold 3... Yeah, matchmaking is broken as hell. It's not matchmaking's fault. It's the people that are breaking the matchmaking rules.

While clans with 1 member will still be trying to go into a Leaderboard situation against a clan with 100 members. Or hell, even 10 active members.... No, Clan shit is stupid.
