Do not worry battleye + up to date fairfight will do a job, trust me, I have 3+ years expierence with both of em, about macrosing, yes, battleye are against them mainly and there no place for example autohotkey and it is illegal from their opinion

run game -> at menu options -> choose windowed borderless -> apply -> exit from game. saved settings and now try play game and use freely alt-tab but remember DO not use alt-enter to change screen to full as issue will came back. I got this issue a lot of times and a lot of different games at specially for heavily games R6S example at extreme setts

I can replicate your issue at steam -> do a file verification (it's always replaces several files) -> run game = new DXinstallation. close a game and repeat as described on top. at point maybe you need wrote down to steam support as they are responsible about file corruptible and why steam "thinks" it is new launch. right, try clear your Windows Registry, launch of game your os remembers a "first launch" after installed or give "any" finish position os do registration of it at Windows Registry and that all after this. (you can see DXintall after verifying files at steam, everytime...) about link just close it. *if not help I do refer to install clear/original os to your machine

what about clear os startups? so... cpu 0 works, ok here ya go, problem is caused by your processor, it's not damaged but seem have issue with support, try open ticket at support and explain what happened here, 1fps -> left one core "cpu 0" and gain uo to 30 but still have problem by the way did you updated last motherboard "chipset" drivers from your manufacturer? sometimes chipset cannot coordinate cpu-ram-vga power/potentiality. but is core causes problem that mean need to dig deeper and! did it happens all times like that??? also arkup had idea, seems it is with cpu-bios update, you can try contact your manufacturer to figure out whats going on, don't forget create ticket for a game n explain, maybe your cpu not listed and not supported by game, it is happens when game is not up to date... 4years not updated... so... glad to help, 010

try disable cpu threads and leave only one, first, cpu 0, "set affinity" at task manager - 99.9% works. also it can caused by "mods" whatever you done or done by someone EDITING anything in game can cause a leak, on top of that if u are using software which is violating in game code can cause a leak

try install "All in One Runtimes" after restart, run a game, back to tskmngr find game exe -> right click -> set affinity -> uncheck all except first one "cpu 0" -> apply - back to game and see any difference at fps readings. if not, try uncheck all startups -> restart and try run a game. (clear os run to make sure not caused by other prog like fps override etc).
