I see nothing wrong with the current traffic lights

The community can do some events as well.

For some ofc. but when i activate it in some games it feels like 60 fps etc.

I don't like Vsync (in any damn game) Slowing me down

What about some weather settings ? Rain/snow etc (with the new UE4)  Getting vehicles some re-work (handling, physics etc ?) What about sending on his own acc cash/joker tickets to different chars ? Able to mark more emails at the same time ingame ? (not only one everytime) A bit more space for stuff (clothing slots etc) ?
