OVERVIEW We have an issue in Fight Club where Heat 5 icons are appearing where they shouldn't. We are moving to take care of this as quickly as possible to restore normal gameplay. Hey everybody, Our GMs have graciously agreed to run a new batch of Gun Games this Friday for you all to enjoy. They will be putting up instances of Gun Game on Jericho and Citadel in Bronze and Gold districts at the following times: Citadel Friday 4 PM UTC Friday 7 PM UTC Jericho Friday 11 PM UTC Saturday 3 AM UTC If you are in-game, the command /time will give you the server time in UTC as well, so you can keep an eye out for when the fun will begin. If you haven't played Gun Game before, this is a minigame where meeting a specific condition (number of kills, a high enough kill-steak, etc) will unlock the next weapon for you to use. There are various flavors, from Pistols to Explosives, and we will be cycling through them as we run these minigames. We are hoping this will be a fun way to earn some extra Joker Tickets as we stay indoors and help us all relax a little when we need it the most. Stay safe, everyone. Sakebee

The Easter event is scheduled to run until 4/15

Thank you for your feedback. Letting us know how events go for you is helpful to the team. I know we have many things we want to look at moving forward, but as we mentioned in our Road Map post, many of the event builds were finalized previously using existing systems so we could focus all our energy on the upgrade. Using existing assets like this helps us shake things up while we buckle down on projects like the upcoming beta test. Hello everyone, A new patch is going up onto the Live servers for PC. This patch will be happening on Wednesday 4/1/2020. The Patch is scheduled to start at 9 AM UTC and will last up to 4 hours. Console will have its normal maintenance starting at 9 AM UTC as well. OVERVIEW This is a big patch, and there are many things to tease out of it, from our Easter event to adding a guaranteed 100 Joker Tickets to every Joker Mystery Box. You can read about most of our upcoming changes on our blog, but we wanted to take a moment and dive into the details on two changes in particular. First, we wanted the ensure that there were no feel bad moments with our Joker Ticket drops, so we made it impossible to get 0 JT from doing opposed missions. Please note that you will still get your other rewards from doing missions, but that currently the reward UI will only show JT at this time. This is a known bug, and we are already working on a fix. Second, we have disabled the Radar Tower Car Mod. When it was originally brought to our attention that this mod was not working correctly, we did an extensive deep dive on what was wrong with the mod and how it functioned. After doing our initial investigation, we decided that the mod, while broken at times, was not exploitable. However, in recent weeks it has come to our attention that there is, in fact, a way to exploit this mod, so we are going to be disabling it for the time being. The choice to disable this mod is not one we make lightly, but we feel it is the best choice at this time. Fixing the mod now would take crucial engineer time away from the 2.1 Engine Upgrade and delay critical projects like our upcoming Beta test. Disabling the mod was the best way we could preserve your play experience while keeping these projects on track. We will revisit this mod in the future to get it working correctly again as soon as we are able. Hey everyone, As you may know, Matt announced on March 13th that we will be granting players free premium while we weather the social impact of the coronavirus together. There has been some confusion surrounding this roll out, so we wanted to take a moment and give you all the latest information. For those of you who didn't have premium already - yay! You should be all set. For those of you who had premium before, there is currently a display issue where it looks like your premium is counting down. Please don't worry! We are aware of the issue, and there is no need for you to submit a support ticket. Your premium will be automatically extended for the length of the free premium period. You are not losing any time or missing out. If you have a reoccurring subscription and find yourself needing to tighten your belts as we remain on lock down, we understand. You will need to end your subscription manually. As above, you will get the automatic premium extension equal to the duration of this event and you will not lose any of your paid time.
