Yes, you should speak to support we have no ability or power to reverse bans. Response times are down to about 2 weeks now.

Moved to Correct section. As Hexerin pointed out, this is not a bug, it is in fact the intended feature of Magpull, as it rounds down and the osmaw only has 1 rocket per "magazine" magpull renders the OSMAW useless.

Hello! You should contact support regarding this (Link) from there you can issue and track your support tickets, keeping them updated in regards to questions you have, posting multiple tickets will not make the process quicker. I hope this helps and that your issue is resolved quickly.
