Can someone fix the districts

They are down and no matter how many times i try to reload in or restart my xbox or even wait 15 minutes i can’t get into any district i honestly feel like the xbox community is the most ignored one someone respond.

Hello virginiavirgin,

 

From what I've seen, the World Server keeps disconnecting every time an attempt is made to enter one of the districts, and I've only noticed the issue on the NA server. Apologies for taking so long to detect the issue. It has been reported and it is being handled.

Hi all,

 

I just posted a response to this.

The TL;DR is that we didn't know XB1 was down till a couple hours ago, and we're working with our ISP to bring them back.

Unfortunately the servers seem to be doing the same thing (Social, and Financial both disconnect).

Several districts are disconnecting again, just a heads up.
