That is being delivered in the next 24 hours to those of you who logged-in within the last 30 days. Then on Sunday, we’ll send out another round to players who logged in within 30-60 days. This is what is noted about it in the newsletter, I haven't gotten it yet either. I guess just be patient for a little longer

Narvell Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 It got (or is being) sent out automatically, saw a GM confirm that in-game yesterday. Lots of people have got it, but it probably takes a while for it to go through every account and add it. It's activated automatically too, no need to go to a mailbox.
