Before CS:GO got the Primed matchmaking update I even got TIRED of reporting people for hacking, checking their profiles a few days later and finding out they've been sent on VACation. You get absolutely NOTHING by not reporting. What the hell, you even SUPPORT hackers by not reporting.

Player is just better than you Or Player downloaded hax, installed hax, worked out a way of getting around battle eye / battle eye doesnt work, got reported, devs look/dont look at report, devs to dumb to work out player is hacking so doesnt get banned
