i can't buy guns in armas

it says on every gun "You have previously purchased this product" and the add to cart button is locked. can someone help me?

Sadly, yes... My premium is about to expire and I want to get a clothing pack with the discount, but I guess it's going to expire even before I get a response, I'm really annoyed of how slow the support is in this game, while the game has a playerbase of 600 players.

@Harley QuinnI just found a way to ignore that bug in Armas.
I swapped to another character and added the thing I want to the shopping cart, and then swapped back to my character, then bough it, and Voilá, I have it!
It was a risk but it worked 😄

TBF, this issue is directly affecting their income, unlike the user with faulty hardware.

Faulty hardware, excuse me? My hardware is just fine, thank you. It's their BattlEye integration that's messed up.

 

And if you think new players experiencing crashes on launch isn't affecting revenue then you're naive.
