Confusing because according to that timer it says "12 pm" do you realize there are two 12 pm's ?

 

right now it's 9 am. Then it's going to be 11:59 am then switch to 12 pm.

And later in the day Hop over to 12 Pm (again)

 

Bad timing for the event something like 5 pm can't be misconstrue (also this time means the kids can't play the event before school ends Less players...)
