Roxl Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 I thought those slots unlocked after completing a certain rank from a contact. For the 3rd mod slot, it was Rank 3 from Byron Bloodrose (Criminal) or Grissom (Enforcer)
Kevkof Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 From the screenshots we can see that you're a criminal, so getting rank 3 with Shift (Financial) and rank 3 with Byron Bloodrose (Waterfront) should unlock those modification slots
Frosi Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 What Kevkof said, you need to progress through both contacts that award the first character modification which is Clotting Agent 1 from Shift on Financial at contact level 3 and Kevlar 1 from Byron Bloodrose on Waterfront at contact level 3.
