Add the Improved Rifling Changes as a new mod

I'm perfectly fine with Improved Rifling being reverted to it's original state, however I feel a new mod that uses the stats of the changed Improved Rifling would be helpful.

 

I was very curious about how the now reverted IR would change the way some guns played, and tested it on a number of weapons. I found that it was extremely useful in some circumstances, and would love to have it as an option going forward.

im confused, do you want another version of improved rifling added with the +15% range / -18% rof AND to keep the current improved rifling?

 

the changes were reverted for a reason

LUL u know IR3bugged AF right now , its take down the range instead of increase it (huh...still no fix) .

there were alot of people that liked the reduced RoF on some guns like the am-556 euyel( the open slot medusa)  and typewriter to make them more controllable in full auto
