@MattScott My account is saying and all others that it is banned i have been banned since 2013 and it still says im banned and isnt getting marked a re-unban so what you are saying is not everyone is going to get a 2nd chance obviously even though you said yourself EVERYONE is going to get a 2nd chance at APB on there main account or there banned account

Even for cheating bans, not everyone is getting a second chance.

Here is the relevant quote from the Q&A:

" specifically the bulk of the cheating bans are going to be reversed"

So even there, not all.

 

But I do get where you are coming from. Hopefully BE will quickly sort out anyone choosing to continue to cheat.
