We are not covering the event 24/7. You seem to just have been unlucky. I will make sure that we have eyes more there. We did split the team in half: one to monitor the event, other to monitor the regular game. I will have more GMs on the event and some on the regular game now.

Honestly, I thought there would be no reason to announce something like GMs will remain invisible during the event due to the insane amount of attention we get every time we are not invisible. Which would make the event stop happening and people would just be gathering around us. Second, you can actually see the tag of GM in the chat if they are there. Even when they are invisible (I am not sure we are talking about the same thing? Being invisible means you can't see them physically as in their character) you can still see their chat tag appearing every time they talk. And they have been talking in the districts making sure that players know they are there.

I have removed the name and video due to our no naming and shaming policy. Regarding your report for the player, I have forward this to our support team so that they can investigate the player further. GM team has also been instructed to take action against players who are disrupting the event.

We do have GMs monitoring the events. They do stay invisible during those times so that the players don't start shooting at them (happened before). The GM team has been instructed that from now on they do actions against the players who are abusing/griefing during the event to make sure no one is abusing any bugs and to make sure everyone's event experience is not ruined.

Thread is now closed. I will double check with the team one more time regarding premium. Attacking players for winning is not okay. The voting was done internally, within Little Orbit. Winners should not feel it necessary to defend themselves or their choices when it comes to their costumes. They won fair and square. Please consider entering the contests in the future to show off your own designs. The more players that enter the better the competition will be next time!

The daily activities reset at midnight UTC, so you will get a new daily at that time even if you didn't complete the previous one.

The developers are saying that the names not showing up is an intended feature which helps to enhance the spooky aesthetic. The names will show up if the person is shooting at you or if you are looking directly at them.

Hello everyone! A new patch is going up onto the Live servers for PC. This patch includes changes to Epidemic and fixes for a few bugs. This patch will be happening on Thursday 11/1/2018. Maintenance will start at 9 AM UTC and will last for 4 hours. PC Patch Notes: • Barrel stacks can no longer be damaged by friendly fire. • Reduced the damage taken in enemy controlled zones. • Fixed OCA Epidemic skins. • Fixed a bug related to Improved Rifling not working as intended. • Fixed the "Win Epidemic Matches" daily activity. • Fixed two rare server crashes related to players leaving the Epidemic district.

We have pushed a hotfix live for a number of bug fixes related to the Halloween content. • Fixed a crash that happened when a player was arrested in Epidemic • Trick and Treat will now interact with the correct factions and provide daily activites. They will also show up correctly in your contact list. • Fixed an issue related to losing an Epidemic game when you were correctly participating *EDIT* We are pushing a second hotfix to address the following issues: • Fixed a crash related to barrels being destroyed in neutral zones • Orange Pumpkins will now spawn in Asylum

Hello everyone! A new patch is going up onto the Live servers for PC. This patch includes our new Halloween event, Epidemic. This patch will be happening on Tuesday 10/30/2018. Maintenance will start at 9 AM UTC and will last for 6 hours. PC Patch Notes: Added in the new Epidemic mode. This new mode includes three different teams fighting to infect the city with their own brand of toxin before the rest. A few quick notes about how this new game mode works: • Pick up your team’s barrels and take them to neutral infection zones • Protect your team’s barrels from enemy attacks till you take over the zone • Attack the other teams’ barrels to reduce the spread of their contagion • Get your toxin spread to 100% and capture Memorial Park to win! • Complete Epidemic daily activities for extra rewards Rewards include new symbols, weapon skins, titles and a few big hits from the previous Halloween events! We are also reverting the Improved Rifling change as well as reverting the LCR fire-rate buff. Console Maintenance: During the maintenance we are going to be reactivating the 2017 Halloween event. We are working towards being able to patch both PS4 and Xbox but are unable to at this time. Due to this, certain achievements will still have the 2017 date attached to them. Many different events will be happening across all of San Paro. Headless Horseman Event This event is run in special Halloween districts. The rules for the event are simple: • Collect pumpkins in Halloween versions of Financial and Waterfront to become the Headless Horseman and start the event. • The Horseman must kill other players to convert them to their Pumpkin Army. • Pumpkin Head Soldiers must also kill other players to recruit them into the Pumpkin Army. • Survivors must avoid being killed until the time runs out. Pumpkin Hunting Purple pumpkins are hidden throughout Financial and Waterfront. Finding a number of them will grant you a prize. Orange pumpkins are found in Asylum and destroying those will reward you with a number of different titles. Trick and Treat Finally, there are two contacts, Trick and Treat which are located in Waterfront. These special Halloween contacts are only around for a short time but can be leveled normally like other contacts. They have prizes that you can only get during this Halloween event from leveling them up!
