Yes we do need strong measures but besides that we need strong enforcement as more often then not ppl try to take the easy way out. When ppl see ENFORCEMENT of the rules and there are examples made of some ppl who arent following them ppl will fall in line, without that ppl will continue to weave around them,

You need segregation in order to keep ppl playing within their skill range. Without it you get what APB matchmaking is, a complete and udder failure. You also get further problems when the game community is so bad that they drop threat just to crush ppl of lesser skill and its accepted more then its shamed. Not everyone is top tier badass at a game and when your not as good and u have to face these ppl constantly its damaging as then you feel like crap. Stayin within an area allows you to find ur range where u can enjoy playing and can have tough fun battles that make playing worth it. Even with rules its chaos when there not enforced and the community accepts the bad behavior as ok.

There really is no point. You play the game long enough theres 0 reason to tryhard and 0 reason to even bother winning as once u cap theres nothing else to do (geting and or keeping gold dont count). You can work on ur roles but that requires FC which is always dead anyway. No new content since 2014 means no new reasons to trying to win and thats made worse by the fact that threat in APB is broken as hell anyway. Just play to have fun.

The Nfag has been a problem in APB for yrs but with the quality of players left less then bad (on a good day) the guns seen an increase in use to compensate for the lack of skill and the need to be cheap. Removing the gun entirely is not feasible as many ppl paid for the gun wether armas or JMB and would require alot of payback and digging to see if the acc in question is banned or not and how maby JMBs were opened to give the refund. A nerf is def required as how the gun currently stands there is no counter. A 4 shot to kill would be better as a min ttk as it would require a longer engagement and the other person could have a chance to fight or get behind cover. Pump action shotties with a 3 shot kill is fine as theres plenty of time to kill with another weapon before they can get all 3 shots off (pending enough pellets hit) for an Nfag theres just no way.

That would require all these forum warriors to log in and actually play the game god forbid. People in here who arent logging in to play cant complain about the population when there part of the reason its so dead to begin with.

Thats included in it. If we had adults here instead of salty toxic kids it wouldnt be so much of an issue even without proper moderation.

If we had the player base sure. If we had ppl who could behave themselves inside said forum and not do what they did last time in the clan section even better.

Well thats the thing. If there were more ppl and more clans it would be active and there would be a valid reason for the section. One person running the only active clan doesn't constitute enough.

Im not saying it hasnt taken a hit. If youve read what ive said in here ive been saying its worse now then last yr. Most ppl log in via steam its been proven countless times over the yrs and plz look below for yet again more proof. When the % of logins is 90 to 10 at best you have no argument.

If playing via steam and playing via the G1 launcher is such a major perf hit to you then you got one P.O.S. pc. Plz, invest in an up to date one even G1 servers are better. Ive played via 2 diff pcs on steam and non steam and there was no diff between the 2 on each pc. They both use the G1 launcher at the end of the day anyway the only diff is that one is straight up log in and play and the other allows you to contact friends and chat and or play with them. ^ this. If you pc is remotely better then the G1 servers you dont need any kind of booster (which if your pc is worse then these servers its a p.o.s. that needs to be scrapped yesterday) and for those trying to get better fps you not guna get anything better in the current engine as pc tech surpassed it many yrs ago. Case in point I just built a new pc 3 weeks ago and upgraded everything inside and im still in the 60s fps wise, if a GTX 1050ti can easily handle APB my new RTX2060 wont break a sweat. Either deal with it or dont play. Steam charts and /pop has been proven to be so close together that any argument of steam charts being inaccurate is invalid. Most ppl play via steam, end of story.

why would what be higher? the amount of social warriors? Cause less ppl r playing they make up a bigger %

id say thats abit high especially if you count the social warriors. They arent actually playing there just sitting around afk in social all day.

Those numbers can be as close as u want Jericho is still worse now then when it was last yr. Were under 1000 peak players overall and Jericho struggles to keep its total pop above 200 players, which when you subtract the social warriors who dont actually play the game your struggling to hold a pop of a mere 165 ppl at best. Theres no way Jericho can continue on as it stands and LO is going to have to close off some districts to try to keep a district populated enough to play. LO and @MattScott have a decision to make as they have to release some kind of game fixes before the engine update to at least maintain the pop thats left or there wont be anybody when its ready. Citadel has afew more players but not by much and at this stage of the game nobody is going to make new chars and redo all their customs in a game that wont last long enough to enjoy it.

Mode is a complete waste of time. If your going to keep it in the event at least give out a title and or skin for winning the thing to make the mode worth playing and even winning otherwise just remove it completely.

For what its worth they could have just made it random via the egg hunt and there would have been the same result.

What is the point of the broken launcher mode? It rewards nothing and the guns op making it the perfect weapon to sit and camp with for 20 wasted minutes. Next time dont add it if it doesnt reward anything besides frustration.

The ATAC is actually balanced unlike most weapons in APB. Its got its niche and does well at what it was made for. At one point yes it was OP but it got nerfed and its fine now. Nowadays ppl just complain about it and use its past as an excuse to justify it but in reality theres no justification for it.

Matt these attacks have been going on for yrs not months, well before LO took over. This stems from the sheer amount of hackers within the community that for yrs got away with murder. Now that they are being challenged they are taking it out on the game and whoever is left playing. At this point anything short of new servers with new ip and mac addresses along with new coding just wont solve the issue. Oh and police involvement as this is blatantly targeted. I know new coding will come in with the new engine but it will be hacked into if there arent additional protocols in place.

Id think at this point all new servers with diff ips and mac addresses would help along with new coding that I know will be in the new engine. But these kiddies will try to break in again there needs to be additional protocols in place besides what we currently have to stem these attacks and remove hackers that are still getting past battle eye.

Really this stems from G1 and its high tolerance policy of hackers over the yrs. They came in, saw they could get away with anything they want and their numbers grew to an unacceptable lvl. Now that there is some kind of resistance to them there trying to take it out on us and the game. If G1 took care of the issue from the beginning we wouldn't be where we are now plain and simple.
