Decency for who? Males nips are not censored anywhere. Female objectification is not a reason to hide them. Special treatment for one gender is called sexism and male nips are not censored, not even in game. Simplier solutions like i just gave you would dissuade people to take so much care about their likes or dislikes, which is the main issue.
