I mean't the changes on yukon and the changes on IR separately.. -

more logical would be to lower the fire rate of Yukon so it wouldn't have the fastest ttk and decreasing accuracy of ntec when spraying down or making tapfire lose some accuracy.
The IR3 change is not about the yukon. AT ALL.
He fixed the yukon by fixing it's mod. Any other change's done has no effect on the yukon. -

Even with the new system the range is what is causing it's shortcomings.
Right now the best setup for the shredder is IR3, HS3 and MS.
But with the IR3 changes the shredder is now even slower than it was before.
CSG/JG will beat it in 1-10 meters, thunder will beat it up to 15 meters, the only place where it shines is 15-20.. anything after that most guns will destroy it.
At the same time the shredder is not a hipfire weapon, so you can't just run around and shoot at people either.
I feel like you should up the range so you do not have to rely on IR3 and you should lower the spread over range.
I feel like the shredder should be somewhat of a slug shotgun, and that's why it's good on range.
A minor change to the pellet damage and curve and
Dropoff Range - 20m -> 30m
Min Damage Range - 40m -> 50m
Accuracy Radius at 10m - 12cm -> 8cm
Spread at 10m - 45 -> 25cm
The lack of pellets makes it hard to actually kill people at ranges.
Again, take it with a grain of salt.. but the current shredder will be used the same or less.- 3

From my testing it seems to be 60 damage for the first pellet and then 610 in total?I might've just missed a pellet somehow.. I'll test again
I'm just stupid.. ignore this. -

Trigger macro, even if it is only for firerate, removes the human input in the firing sequence, eliminating all room for errors made there. It takes the game part out of the game already, Triggerbots is even way beyond that. If that is justified, than we might as well make a bot for everything in the game and change the name of the game to IdlePointsBulletin: Clickerheroes revamped.
Sorry, I know you lot consider that post idiotic as well, I just never had the chance to knee-to-the-face that guy and had to get it out of the way.
The fact that they were a City council member while posting that makes me sick.. -
@LO_Beastie @MattScott is there any chance you can update the OTW forum part?
Seeing as it will most likely be used more it would be nice to have a place where we can talk about the changes.
"General" might not be the right place for that...
Something like this maybe?
Not if you want to keep it civil anyways.. -

this might be a bit offtopic since this thread is more about the current changes to the weapons on otw, but something that always interested me is how the curves for damage drop offs are being calculated. A quick example with the formula would be very appreciated, in case you got some time ofcourse.

I managed to put this together.
Thanks for the help.- 1

I am assuming that PelletHitNumber 0 is to be ignore since that would mean no pellets hit the target?
So the formula would spit out 70 for 0 and 1 but o is to be ignored?
Unless you mean that the first two pellets that hit both do 70 damage? But that would throw off the total from what I could tell.
I am guessing that the left one is the correct since that seem to match your graph as well.
