Loving how everyone just keeps being stubborn and wanting to keep the problem. Ooh lets add a silencer, oooh lets make it reload slower. ooh lets fucking nerf the stamina damage THE PROBLEM IS that when you corner someone and they whip out this bullshoot out of their patootie and them killing you because of it, NO MATTER how much skill would be involved, is killing the weapons who SHOULD excel at those, their own, ranges. People can aim, everyone can aim, having the AP as a 'skillgun' just does not justify this. "Random bullshoot go!" and 'coinflipping' if people carry this or not is not a viable playstyle. Imagine having a 1shot sniper that is sluggish or 'heavy' or whatever and the excuse becomes "Should have deployed character-mod barrier like eveyone else'. And 'yea but the weapon is difficult to use' arguments everywhere. It doesn't justify it existing. Not in the world of APB:R today where EVERYONE (still) invested in it is now basically a hardcore-veteran. Oh you don't use 45.AP? You deserve to lose. Fucking bullshoot. Frankly, I have no thoughts on how to 'fix' the weapon and it should be completley reworked (thinking a revolver). The only thing capable of "45AP'ing you should be people swapping to the NFA-9 and landing lots of shots. THAT is high risk high reward and only on very close ranges. If all else fails. Make this a primary weapon where in its current state it belongs.

Damn, I feel sorry for OP for having this many sh*stains in their topic with the people who responded here. It's almost like you can smell the hackers and gold users by their cries here. No weapon should turn a 5meters distance engagement against a sniper into a complete and utter coinflip whether or not they carry the 'fuck you' secondary. Anyone defending Colby .45AP and not recognising it COMPLETELY disrupts any on-going balance immediately has some BIG red flags from my perspective. (Not saying it's the only gun who does that but why the fuck would people defend this weapon even)

It is theoreticaly possible by just quitting before you see the "You lost" endgame results. But I SERIOUSLY doubt someone would go out of their way to constantly boot up the game and then quit the game for that many games.

THIS. Also, whilst they fixed something with 'out of bounds': I literally, I kid you not, GET KILLED when I spawn in the Prentiss Tiger building in Waterfront on the south-west. I spawn in and then get killed immediately for being 'out of bounds'.... That whole building is a minefield of 'oops I have to kill you instantly now'. (Would make for a fun minigame actualy xD) -
As a scientist I'll just say: TL:DR with the whole dartboards and all: there is a difference between precise and 'good' results. I'm not going into any discussion today but I'll just say that CONGRATS! From the 15 meters radius you'd use a shotgun at (hopefully), then with this buff you would effectively hit 1 more pallet somewhere between 8.000 meters and 8.100 meters as difference. or something

Shredder is downright OP. I never see people use it but holy moly is that overpowered. A tiny bit of trigger discipline and you will be combating things at SMG ranges easily and still come out on top. Best of all worlds: higher firerate like NFAS, reliability and damage of JokerGunworks, and range of Colby SMGs. Also people, PLEASE stop using sights on shotguns. Two mods of choices on the Raptor? Oh no... Oh oh no... I somehow knew this day would come. I have always known that making that change will make the gun outshine so many others with so little effort. I am afraid what monstrosities people can inflict with that. Mark my words. -
Be advised: APB DB states that putting a MagPull 2 on Strife leaves you with 5 > 4 bullets in the mag. Whereas Magpull 3 also has 4. Magpull 1 oddly enough makes you have a faster reload with no repurcussions as you still have your max of 5. NEVERMIND, apparently the stats from APB DB (database) are wrong?!? I loaded up APB myself and it appears that ALL magpulls make you have 4 shots ready. Extended mag 1 gives no extra bullets. ExtMgs 2 gives ONE extra shot. Extended mag 3 ALSO gives a single extra shot. TL DR: best value is Magpull 3 or ExtMgs 2. Both giving and taking a single bullet from/to the magazine. Something worth noting though: IF YOU USE MAGPULL 3. It appears that not letting the mag go from 0 to max is key, as the extra animation is costing VALUABLE time. Infact, the amount of shots you can send downrange can be GREATLY increased by simply OR having 1 bullet left before you reload OR (to a slighly lesser extent) when reloading from a fully empties clip, trying to click before the animation for your last bullet plays. I do this when I see the second bullet being loaded. Shooting 3 shots and reloading feels amazing. (If you can't tell. I really REALLY want to make the SG-21 Strife work >.<)

Justifying OSMAW because it would beat scriptkiddies and Colby .45AP users is like saying cheating is the best way to win games. Not OSMAW, not scripting and NOT COLBY F'ing AP should be any of the norm. They're ALL crooked things. Hecc, by how fast and easily the .45AP kills I'd say it basically IS a oneshot. "Oh hey look a sniper who I have COMPLETELY outplayed and I am now 5m away from them with my shotgun!" "This should be a free kill!" *Whips out bullshoot Colby .45AP* "Right?!?!?!?!?!?"

I don't think having a oneshot would be healthy for the game (looking at you OSMAW). But I think having the damage like an HVR or even more whilst being similar to the Joker Gunworks shotgun could be a good 'powerhouse' style shotgun that is similar, but deals more damage and is slightly less controllable. A slight slower rate of fire than the JG (but with an alluring promise of 2-shotting where a JG might have needed 3 shots), a slower reload and a smaller clip. Resulting is a high risk high reward shotgun that doesn't feel outright unbeatable by other shotguns, but if you can manage ammo count and land your shots, then the SG-21 Strife should, in my opinion, be a monster. Strife for perfection and you should be rewarded. Sadly this ain't a suggestion to stats page xD

Yea lets give everyone the gold skin. Maybe make a diamond and gold and DARK CAMO from call of duty and give it to everyone. I understand that you people expect compensation for the poor communication and lack of updates and anti-cheat. But feeling entitled to get free stuff is not a healthy mindset. I like the skin, I like APB:R and want to support it. So I actually bought the skin. (Not saying LO deserves the money. But this way there is a win-win scenario). Of course I would like it for free. But it loses all 'prestige' feeling (ESPECIALLY for gold-like stuff) and all meaning to it if everyone runs around with it. I'd rather see Clotting Agent reworked and the other green character mods being buffed so that we don't have everyone running around with the same skin, err I mean mods, and we can have some actual tactical variety in the games. And see expressions of people choosing specific skins that match their own taste. But hey look Colby .45AP let's give it to everyone. Great idea. If the game promotes this style of 'play meta or be trash' than the game, any game, is killing itself. Skins are also like this but on a harmless scale. -
I really want to love Strife. It's my Shotgun of choice despite me feeling it is the weakest one, on par with NFAS really. The added damage feels not there if you don't get the assisted-onetap. It's easy to whiff your shots (atleast for me xD) and you get punsihed SO HARD for it. What really destroys it (but funnily enough prevents it from becoming OP) is that you HAVE to wait until you are ready for your next shot (which takes just TOO long) before you can swap to any secondaries. That is probably the case for every shotgun but stunning yourself for shooting feels really bad. I want to like it. But I willing enter the fights with the thoughts of my weapons being far, far inferior to other weapons. If it takes 3 shots for me to kill the opponent, they should logically win that encounter. (if they have ANY sort of CQC or even mid-range combat weapon)

I've had one scheduled force-logout and two seemingly random ones that happen just some milliseconds after I slay an opponent. Maybe related, but I've ALWAYS had a small chance of small 'lagspikes' when I saw an opponent and they started firing, or when both of our HP's are low (USUALLY resulting in my death) -
