The n-tec needs a nerf that modifies the accuracy of when you try to jump from a corner and lean or just outright try to lean in the open. You shouldn't be able to reg every shot doing this action. The only nerf Oscar needs is you only allow one mod, either ir3 or rs3 to be put into the gun. Having both mods makes it viable, in both CQC and range combat.
