Matt needs to learn to keep his own given word or not give it at first place. At AMA he clearly stated that by now Legends gonna be released. 10th December was absolute deadline. I see now that your idea is to release it with the Xmas event which is fine as well. But again we are lacking information here at forums. Forum has to be priority platform for releasing news. Period. I can't understand that entire management of lil orbit doesn't have capacity to comprehend this simplicity. I seriously thought that Lil orbit is Discord owner, being the fact as much as you guys pushing that platform thinking you are fancy. Just beware, if you postpone Legends for after the Xmas event, in next year, there seriously won't be anyone left for you to release it for. Pop is dropping by 100 ppl every month. We are at 200 now. In january that will be 100 and then in february or march 2026 you can shut down all servers. Just saying. People kept saying game is dead or dying, but until now that was not so evident.

Let's be honest, APB wasn't popular in USA for last 10 years. Ever since I remember population there was critical. Only thing holding APB together has always been EU. What I think personally is that its not too late but its definitely last train. Moment they release Legends patch is gonna be like New horizon release. All of us left in APB have some veteran friends who will we let know via discord and other platforms that APB has released major update. Majority of them if not all, will be be back in APB in an blink of an eye. Same as it was for New horizon patch. I already notified 4 my old friends who had no idea APB is even releasing any patch anymore and all of them asked me to let them know when it does happen so they come and check it out. Another nicely planned thing is Xmas event timing. Everybody loves Xmas, everybody liked Beacon. Some hated it but played it anyway. So if all goes with the plan and Legends gets released either before Xmas or with Xmas it will certainly rise game population vividly at 300-400 if not even 500 people. Yes it will only be a short term or at least until they dont grind all the stuff but that is perfect timing to try and keep some of them. Show them that game is still alive, still working, still trying to survive. I got some fanatical veteran friends who left only because there was nothing new in APB to do. They don't care for puny 400 jt's per week grinding, they buy jt's...with fact they got maximized most of their chars they had no challenge, so inside that big status quo situation they left. But as soon as something new will be achievable in the game, they will return, because APB is like addiction. You hate it, but you do it anyway. So I hope and hope that we change at least the little things in next months for the newcomers. All people who will potentially come back for holidays will be exclusively veterans and old players who already know the drill.

You have to be crazy if you cannot objectively see that number of players are doubling down each year as the year passes. When was New Horizon launched? 6th of august 2024. Check the data. 1,186 players online. Look how long that number lasted? Ever since, the player base kept dropping, every few months for literally 100 players less. If player base was 10 000 we would not notice 100 players less... but since entire player base was around 500 you definitely notice when 100 ppl suddenly vanish. Then another 100..and now we are at 200 players. Most of which are veterans who cant let go. This legends patch is the last resort you have and last chance to bring players back. But then after its release, we need events, we need new content we need to see that devs are actually caring for the game. Give job to more devs. Hire more devs. You cannot function with 1 physical dev. I admire this man how he even decided to stay in APB. I am grateful for it. But this leads nowhere. It takes too long, to see any change. People are not as patient as they were. You are prolonging inevitable death of APB if there wont be some serious changes. You cannot attract new player base with having certain glitched weapons being in usage 24/7. I invite the dev to play few missions, stay in FC. Look at the bs. Don't get me wrong, take the critique, embrace it, improve. Lets start working together on bringing the new population. Lets start with changes. It is now or never. If this Legendary patch gonna be postponed again after this year, next month you will have player base of 100 people. When patch finally comes, you will introduce it to those 20 people left, who remained waiting only to see, get disappointed and finally delete the game. Change the meta usage of ca3, change meta weapons usage, give chances to newcomers. Dont make them start with literally 0$ with 0 unlocked decals, that they cant even start to explore customization which is the only ace in sleeve this game has, but nobody waits that long to unlock the basics. I started to develop new chars, I play for 3 months with completely new char, not daily, when I get the time. I reached rank 90 and I have to say if I weren't a veteran and in love with this game, I would have deinstalled it already 500 times. Its insane to compete with broken MM, without any starting weapon without any slot, without even char slot opened. Without being able to buy and use ca3 before you are rank 40. Do you have any idea how long it takes to reach rank 40 with star gun 0 slot, no grenade (since its not unlocked), no money, with basic useless car?? You wonder why there are no new players? ARE you KIDDING ME?!?!?! Seriously??? Someone there sitting in Little orbit wondering why pop is dropping or why we never get new pop?? Do you guys or your employees ever created a char? Ever tried to max your char? Do you even play??? There needs to be some serious changes in the core! Forget engine upgrade! Start working on a easier process for newcomers and maybe someone will actually stick along longer than 1 hour of complete traumatic experience and torture, after which they proceed to alt f4, format the part of disk their APB was installed on, right after they chopped that disk out of their pc and set whole thing on fire; type of game experience!! Wake up!! New content, new events, all fine with that, but make not the tutorial process easier, but way shorter and ffs give people at least startup of 10k apb $, 1 char mod, 1 wep mod! Lets brainstorm this! If someone has something against this, fine, do tell, elaborate, lets adapt. But one thing is certain! This cannot continue because the APB is seriously this time dying for real, even though people kept saying game is dying since 2015...but this time, just observe the statistics. Numbers don't lie! Pattern is there! Lets try to keep APB alive at least for few more years! Please! Lets start changing things! Otherwise shut the whole thing down tomorrow already and be done with it! And stop tormenting us further, and stop tormenting this video game program any further. Pull the plug and rest it in peace! Maybe one day somewhere sometimes someone will create APB 2.

I seriously hope 10th December you guys are delivering Legends, since 17th December is start day of Xmas event and Legends are promised before the Xmas event. Just saying

i will just remind to the last Matt's AMA...that XMAS event is coming december 17th. Xmas event. Launch to legends is set to be before xmas event. time stamp of matt's video from 00:10:55 to 00:13:05 so as close to halloween as it gets with asterix...okay... okay... now its already 2-3 weeks after halloween ended just saying... because again there is silence...n silence is the whole problem all the time...

Matt said between 17th november and 5th december. So its either next week's wednesday's regular maintenance 26th or it can be in 2 weeks 3rd of december. No other date within the scheduled promise.

Since you already forbid us to comment it, lets make it official topic where we can say our opinion regarding it. So 8 hours ago you said 5 hours ago servers are back online. 3 hours of another silence, nothing has happened. At least keep us posted. First it was within 1 hour then again within 1 hour then again within 1 hour. Here we are 48 hours later.... Will you prolong those 2 hours of free jts for Halloween event which was stripped from us for servers being down? Or will you simply remove Halloween event as nothing has happened? Do you understand that population will suffer, as soon as your game is not up within 24hrs. Now it is 2nd day 48 hrs + and you guys still didn't give eta for servers being back up. When someone says pop drops, it is because of things like this where you leave your entire community in the dark without sufficient information. You don't need to post us up every 1hr but every 3-4 hours would be great. Fix that shiit already! Tnx

@MageLO So when I was starting APB today I saw it downloaded some little 3MB something for GFAC... ever since I can login the game but I cant join any of the districts because it says mismatch error. And once I get kicked to main screen I get this 2nd error: So please help!

@MageLO after each update there is always some error with the game. Currently i got issue with this error! Even though everything was good yesterday and I played yesterday normally.

can you speak in normal english so us noobs can understand the words coming out of your mouth? You managed to login into APB as FE? What is FE? You can get on your acc as we can, but you own across any char you have? Conclusion..can you login Citadel APB or not? If its working for you maybe its client side issue not server side then.

i can connect to NA world server after successful login but i cant connect to EU world server. It looks like server doesn't exist. Like chars I choose don't even have their stats on, so playtime 0 hrs at each. It isnt client issue. Its server issue. Since otherwise I wouldn't be able to login into Jericho. It seems when it comes to APB issues you and me always have identical problems. @Westford

@MageLO Idk if you guys know but Citadel is down for hours, nobody can pass into the world after login screen. Are you guys working on it? Are you aware of the situation? I see no announcements on forums apart of this topic I just made. Please some info, anyone.

Someone has been naughty, since it has been said millions of times by now that if you are not getting a mission in a full district means you know very well what you were doing by macroing and cheating generally. Meaning your patootie got shadow banned and you will not get missions because you don't deserve to get a mission you piece of s. Era of cheating is coming to an end. This will reveal many gold veterans like you who joined 2014 and since then you bully player base and community with your un-allowed "config" bs. I would give anything on this world to see your type players ego's crumble once you enter the game without any side programs, without any side help, without any potato graphics and have to actually be legit and show your real skills. But since you use cheat so long you will probably be owned by middle tier silvers. Whoever asks here why are they not getting any missions in full district instantly exposes himself as cheater. So thank you for that. I will remember your name.

Thats your meta! With that said I am happy that Halloween event comes so early but I hoped for more new things. 1 new legendary which will be sold for overpriced 10-15m's apb cash does not suffice.
