@MageLO So I would highly desire an answer to why 99% of clothing I bought from Armas packs are free to be taken inside clothing designer kiosk but then we got this 3 items that i bought each for 4k jt (which should be enough to get it permanently for free) and each time i delete them and want to re take them it asks 3500 apb $. 3500 apb $ sounds not much but then if you keep buying it on weekly basis at least 3-4 times since i myself constantly play with designing outfits, then the price goes up to 20-30k apb $ and for what??? There is no imagine inflation we need to pretend with, for permanent non tradable items we bought for g1c or jts. The downside is already its not tradable so its for my own personal usage. So i need explanation why the f do i need to constantly re pay my own permanent clothing items????? And who was the genius who came up with that idea to begin with. ALL non tradable clothing items, packs, accessories bought for g1c or jt's SHOULD be 0 apb $ not bloody 3.5k!!! And what is with the smartass message "At least 3500" ?? Its ALWAYS 3500 apb $. I bought axes today, i bought double shotgun harness for new outfit again 7k apb cash for literally nothing! Just to be able to equip what i already bought with 4k JT's permanently! What is the point then???

Something has been broken again with this patch. Because now is 1pm UTC and i still cant enter APB. Error message : GFAC has not loaded correctly on your computer. Please restart the game to fix this issue. I restarted APB already 12 times and clicked repair button and its still giving the same error. Edit: I deinstalled GFAC 2 times, removed it from program files and put it in program files(x86) folder and now it works. If anyone got same error just do what i did.

I insulted him a bit and then taught him a proper way how it should be done to prevent him from further nerves breakdowns. Besides he joined in 2020...if you are spending 5 years of playing APB means you are 5 years not a newer player. Newer player is someone who plays in days, weeks, or months..not years. Ram raiding in crowded districts is literally most dumbest idea I have ever heard. I would like to see how many actual new players would last in crowded district smashing stores without literally entire district harassing them and going after them as soon as you finish ur mission. With that logic you would literally never be able to ram raid more than 2500 dollars and then waste your time going to wash money laundry after literally 1 single delivery. Only complete imbeciles would vote for removal of ram raid ability in empty districts. Nothing stops cops to check the server list and see 1 crime and join the district as they usually always do. I am used on cookie's stupidity but you should think better being the fact you joined 2011. The whole point of crimes..the only advantage we got is the ram raid. While cops got op stabba weps and ability to witness you within 1 milisecond from ur back before you even starts shooting. I was killed millions of times by pleasant fellow cop hiding somewhere, witnessing me from my back, killing me instantly as you press witness button...taking stash and already running towards your base while we need 6 seconds to respawn usually miles and miles away from both bases. There are plenty of times i didnt even bother sprinting after respawn rather just letting cop winning the pleasant fellow witness. So with all those advantages you would still nerf crimes side. Its crystal clear then which side your main char is at. Besides there are tones of shit that is falling apart in APB and touching ram raiding is not one of them.

Honestly my boy either you are complete green noob even if u are higher rank or ur team mate is or you both are level -9000. So like first of all i farm over millions per week totally alone without any help of buddy... Every time i login my time 4am there is literally 5-6 ppl in social and maybe 20 ppl in action mission districts... rest of districts are total 0...when i say total zero i mean total zero. And that doesnt last for 10min or 20min it lasts for hours. So my time is UTC +1:00. Like literally just come in 3-4am UTC+1 time and u wont have anybody to witness. Aside that... What stops you to constantly check the map seeing if cop joined ur map??? nothing. Aside laziness or ignorance. I literally have map checked in settings at value -. next to right shift,....i tap it non stop... as soon as i see 1 cop joined... leave van...leave all what u do...and slowly either start walking to wash laundry location or just stay where ever the f u are. Like how fucking hard can it be?? I bet you 10 million apb moneys that no cop joinin in 3-4 am wont spend half hour of irl time or 1 hr of irl time searching for you through entire financial district. Like literally all you need to do is get the f out of your van u are farming with...and enter first building u find...and simply stand in corner...and continue standing there as long as it takes. IF you got ram raided money 100k+...anything below not worth the trouble. So your crying to being witnessed is hilarious. Means you two noobs were running around in plain sight on open road in front of everybodys faces to witness you just like that ...and you got decency to cry for it on forums. Fking noob. I ram raided around 40 million apb money cash all alone in period of entire 2024 and entire 2025...and still nobody ever even joined my district while i farmed it. For those who don't know Midtown District is something that was planned and worked on in the early RTW days (RTW aka the original devs of APB).It was never used but some of the assets that were made for that map were later used in Financial district. However it doesn't mean that the district doesn't exist. You have evidence in ingame e-mails and props inside the game that Midtown is real in San Paro! It would be lovely that Little Orbit simply continue the job since Midtown does exist somewhere in core of the game.

It all depends what you treat as fun in APB. APB takes its power of fun for majority of people in designing cars, symbols, clothes. Earning money with selling and trading, becoming weapons dealer etc. APB was never designed that you have fun with doing a loop of endless repetitive missions. It has always been pretty pointless after you reach max rank since RTW and G1 days, so that will never change. What is promised with new patch is new ranks 2 new contacts, new clothes and possibly a new weapon. Imo what APB needs at this state is finally releasing that new third district Midtown that suppose to be bigger than financial and waterfront, but even if it was released once you would spent maybe 1 day to investigate the district entirely...what would be the point afterwards? Again nobody would cared after few weeks. Same is with adding new contacts...eventually you ll max them out again nobody would care. What APB needs in my opinion is only new content from time to time (at least every 6 months) releasing new clothes, new cars (and only those two things), maybe 1 new legendary but me personally dont care for weapons since i pretty much got all of them except last few new legendaries. What would be great thing is focus on adding new hairstyles as well. Maybe unlocking that 8th outfit slot, unlocking 2 empty slots of equipment and adding such "new" stuff or more likely said simply unlocking stuff that was already programmed by g1 long ago. Real power of APB and fun is in social for most of people. There you meet people, talk to them, exchange things, trade, design and that will always be the biggest ace in sleeve APB has...not silly repetitive missions which are predestined to annoy you. Since you will be opposed either vs 4 max gold rank nolifers who play missions day and night, or you will be opposed vs hackers, tryhards and cheaters. Joker store is brilliant change for all of us who didnt invest g1c long time, leaving opportunity to people to get armas stuff for joker tickets with one minus which is char bound option instead acc bound option like its for g1c. So basically new legends patch once it comes will be grinded in first 7-10 days by everybody, once everybody again max themselves it will go back to usual stalled routine and that is inevitable regardless how many times they add new contacts and new ranks. We can go to level 9000 it will still repeat itself doing no good to APB. Only thing Lil orbit should focus themselves on is every couple of months adding new clothes new cars and thats it in my opinion. It would be good enough to keep the player base active and curious.

@MageLO i have new problem though when i attempt to enter clothing designing kiosk i am stuck on permanent black screen saying "loading" and it never loads, so i cant access my clothes designing box. Hopefully that issue has been already reported to you guys just for your knowledge.

i had same problem from beginning. Try uninstalling GFAC completely and re install it again from scratch. Before you guys enter APB click repair button and let it scan everything and fix what it can and then try starting the game. Thats what worked for me and i had identical problem like you, APB exiting before starting up. Hope it helps.

Thank you so so much for your help and caring that we fix that before weekend so we can pew pew now and see all new shiny thingys in APB. I hope this solves the problem for majority of other people waiting. I uninstalled GFAC, installed it again, clicked repair button before entering APB and it worked for me!

@MageLO update to situation: The game initializes correctly but exits immediately right after this line: 06:41:14 - Log: appRequestExit(0) This means the game called for a clean exit, not a crash. It finished setup, then something triggered an early exit before rendering or gameplay started. Meaning: Game loads its config files successfully. ESET firewall is allowing it (confirmed-made all firewall and antivirus rules and exceptions for APB.exe in binaries, for APB launcher and for APB Exceptions handler). Even paused entire protection to no avail. ConsoleFilter.ini does exist now looking like this: [MessageLogging] Suppress=DevGarbage Suppress=DevNet Suppress=DevData and loads correctly after log reported ConsoleFilter.ini is missing. @MageLO this still didnt fix the issue of apb not even starting itself after pushing start button as described in known issues topic.

Details when error occurs: when i start APB launcher it scans all files and updates them, then shortly GFAC window appears saying Updates completed successfully. When i hit start button, APB.exe shortly appears in task manager of active processes and shortly shows mouse loading animation like its loading and then after few seconds it just vanishes from the list and nothing starts and nothing happens. I dont get any direct message of any error. I excluded GFAC from my anti virus so NOD32 should be not an issue. I noticed GFAC installed in directory \Program Files and not in directory \Program Files(x86) where is my APB installed. Maybe that can be the issue? edit: i moved GFAC to \Program Files(x86) root folder and the problem still persists so that can be excluded as potential issue. Date and time of the issue: UTC time 2:10 PM Thursday, July 31, 2025 Usage of configs: I use Flaws config and edit for APBEngine file and BaseEngine file for removing cap of fps from 100 to 145 where is maxclientframerate set to = 145 in both files. Since multiple scanning and repairing process i started each time, I removed all those configs so game is in the vanilla default state without any configs at the moment and it still is same issue of not starting itself. @MageLO Tagging you sir so you can see the post sooner. i urge those people who are on LO discord that they report the problem with launching apb.exe since I see several other peoples got same issue as me. After starting APB launcher each time its scanning all files, then it goes over all updating including AC then start button does nothing and APB.exe vanishes from task manager processes after few seconds after i press start the game. With nod32 anti virus i excluded both APB and AC folders but it doesnt change anything, so anti virus aint the issue. I tried updating my graphic driver and am trying to solve apb problem since morning and its frustrating by now to say at least >.> @ all people in lil orbit discord -someone pls report that to Lil orbit so that they can be aware of the problem and start solving it.

@MageLO apb.exe keeps crashing on start...after each time starting the apb launcher it updates scans everything then gives start button. After pressing Start, apb shows for second in tasks processes and then just vanishes without initializing or doing pretty much anything else. I hope you guys will work it out. is the game up? can anyone enter? I am stuck on trying to start the game. It constantly leads me to scanning and then updating and when start button is provided and i press it, nothing happens. APB doesnt open, just vanishes from processes task. Each time i start application each time its all over scanning, all over updating and then after pressing start again nothing happens!!! Can someone confirm that they managed to enter apb?

how hard can it be to type in google apb forum and come here in within 10 miliseconds to read what you need? the other issue entirely is that this forums have 0 update. So they cant even handle the apb forum as main source of information but they rely on discord...and everything is on discord. So you asking them to go to steam forums while they cant hold apb forums even is thing that is silly. I am refusing to give my profile to nolifers in public lil orbit discord group where 90% of ppl who camp there are those i ignored in game. But this discussion is already lead for some time now..so good luck with ur steam forum request as much as good luck for us who vote for even just apb forum

this game has g1 client and not everybody got steam. Yes there are actually people like me who are not gamers, who got few games none of it on steam..so i highly disagree with any 3rd party tools..such as discord or steam to announce news about apb... you got official forums deal with it... and thats not for you sentence thats for LO management. Forums should be number ONE source of information... you cant persuade me that its so hard for you to write apb forum on google and come here with 1 click as it would be hard for us to circle around steam forums and whatnot. Literally had steam 1 year...never even heard for forums. APB forum. period.

Knowing the situation probably just Discord because everybody in 2025 is on Discord i was being told. Yet every other modern multiplayer games and people i hang out with ther use ingame voip which are pretty standard these days which doesnt need no mofo discord. Counter Strike 2 ...everybody just push a single button K and you talk... all infos..provided on forums and site..... DOTA 2... not a single soul uses Discord for it but yes..APB is special little snowflake... APB is "modern" and uses "high quality" modern tools like Discord. Be modern they said. Install Discord for us they said. If i didnt know better i would say Discord is sponsor of APB and is financing APB...judging the amount of Discord voters from LO management. In other reality check we are at engine made before Christ era...we cut off voip in game...but we have Discord. Woooo heee! P.S. ETA servers coming back 1st september 2030. No pressure, no pressure

Forum was since 2012 ( i cant say years earlier than that since i joined in 2012) always the first main source of APB information even when discord didnt even exist at the time, i remember it came around 2015 and everybody were like omg i gotta have it.. We should not be forced to create additional profiles at Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord or any other new rubbish, just so we could get all the news up to date. Next thing i know we will have to subscribe to newsletter or some other rss third party tool so that i could get a simple answer about the progress of update, which could have been avoided by simply an official person saying...hey we didnt make it, we are working on it, eta unknown, but we are working on it. Instead we get silence! So thanks to magelo for finally saying whats up with it. Here at forums we literally need to yap and pull gm's by their hands to get a simple information about the game. When Citadel is down for whatever reason first thing i check is forum, and i always see either staff info or player creating topic with title "hey server Citadel is down..do something about it"! Whoever wants to be on Discord can be there, I dont wanna expose myself to that open group filled with many people i ignored in the game itself, providing my profile and name and just even being in their presence upsets me, because i know who camp there day and night and its not the good guys of APB. My apologies to those who are there and are good, this message is not for your eyes. So yes...use the damn forums for updates! How hard can it be!? Period!
