I believe there's more toxic/idiot players in this game than others when considered of how small the player population is at this current state.

Could you pay attention to not write a whole book as respond every time where you quote two or three words, that would be appreciated ^_^

There's two groups of people playing APB:Reloaded -Those who defend Little Orbit and believes they do everything they can to keep this game running (even thought they had this game for so many years now) -and those who believe that they don't do anything as promised or said, keep apologizing for something randomly just came up. The two groups wont understand each other in any cause. But the defender group ironically are very ignorant to all sorts of problems who's been created by actions of Little Orbit, example no anti-cheat.

I would say disable district chat to begin with is a good start :3

I've scrolled a bit at Little Orbits discord in announcements and can't really find anything only that servers been down several of times and the 15th anny-patch been delayed. Maybe you can catch support or Frosi at their discord to ask what to do? :C

Former owner and management of this game never answered at the forums about these topics - LO kept that strategy

There's a lot trash talking in APB including down to silvers, bronzes etc. I'm silver because I am not good enough to be gold ^_^ However, yeah I would be careful with hopes of them doing such -in general :3 Not as far as I know, sadly :C
