Is your ban temporary or permanent? When you first enter a district or when you hover your mouse over an attachment in your mail it should say how many days your lock is for. If it doesn’t say then it’s a permanent lock which may or may not have been applied correctly (as I understand it all trade locks are applied manually). You did the right thing in contacting support, but it will be weeks before you hear back.

Response times from support are measured in weeks not days. You aren’t being ignored you are simply in line.

I don’t know that you’d get banned for it. Certainly not without multiple warnings I’d imagine.

Unfortunately, once you are banned that’s the end of things with LO. There is no “hey let’s talk about this”. The ban is their final answer. Best you can do now is hope you were one of the accounts labeled as a false positive and LO someday unbans you, but they won’t be discussing anything with you in the meantime. This is why your tickets disappear I think. It’s probably automated.

If they told you you’ve been banned, I don’t think you’ll get anything more. Maybe some of you were caught up in the false positives that happened but otherwise getting banned is the final answer.

They try to give as much notice as possible while also trying to keep things moving as fast as possible but I get where you are coming from.

That’s just EAC policy and they handle both the bans and the appeals. If you’ve sent an appeal then you’ve done all that can be done. While this info came from the Community Manager 6 days ago, I agree it would be better if Matt commented on it during the AMA.

As I understand it, when your appeal is denied it simply gets deleted both from EAC and Gamersfirst. So if your appeal disappears, that’s why. This was talked about in the LO discord with a member of staff, but it hasn’t been stated officially so take that as you will.
