Add a weapon kioske in Social District.

It's odd though because I asked people in social and they said you should get a trade message saying how many days left.

Hello everyone. I was just curious if anyone else encountered this issue? Apparently, I cannot trade, mail, or buy items from auction. It doesn't say how many days left remaining either.
