A regular vegas can't really do a rolling wheelie iirc Edit: with a 4x4 you tap the brakes and then hit nitrous, and you do a wheelie while driving. That is just a weird physics bug/collision/server issue thingy. You gotta reverse, brake, nitro + forward, reverse, and have your collision bug out at the same time.
