Changing your IP on its own is not an issue, it becomes more of an issue if you use that to circumvent local laws. Like if I were to VPN out of Belgium to buy JMB's again, that would be illegal. I play from South Australia, i get a ping of 220 without vpn. What vpn are you using, i might look into this, or is there another way of mapping/directing the connection to the servers more directly?
