Purchase problem

Hello, I recently had a problem with the purchase of a character name change. Normally this object and unlimited, but it's stuck because it tells me " You have previously purchased this Character Lifetime product. ". The screenshot below shows and is the concrete proof of this ! How can I do for the unlocked ?

I've tested this (for a different thread), but can't seem to get the same error. 

Did you do anything different than what I did in the video?
