Eww I guess you don't realize that half if not more of Citadel pop is cyrilic spammers and to account cryers in/t and toxic death themes 110 cap is really not enough. I have themes disabled and /d hidden. There's too many toxic players to even bother ignoring them. The Russians don't bother me, but probably because the only word I know is как.
