Victoria97 41 Posted Saturday at 12:56 PM (edited) Something has been broken again with this patch. Because now is 1pm UTC and i still cant enter APB. Error message : GFAC has not loaded correctly on your computer. Please restart the game to fix this issue. I restarted APB already 12 times and clicked repair button and its still giving the same error. Edit: I deinstalled GFAC 2 times, removed it from program files and put it in program files(x86) folder and now it works. If anyone got same error just do what i did. kidi 21 Posted Saturday at 01:23 PM digging for log file, figured out that for some weird reason sound banks are now 0kb size and launcher won't do anything about it. killed them manually, redownloaded - sound is here again (for who knows how long)

I read at the discord that some say you don't need to repair each time but just restart game till it's -there-... I repaired it twice now, and got sound back right after I opened game.. But still annoying you need to repair. On 8/17/2025 at 7:10 AM, MageLO said: Hello everyone - We're aware of some users not having sound and are working on a fix. There is a shit ton of mouselag whenever the process for GFAC shuts down right after quitting the game, the mouse cursor also freezes up and will not move for a few seconds when this happens. Today the mouse cursor even got stuck permanently after quitting the game, and I was forced to restart my computer. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be fixed right away as it's a VERY severe issue with GFAC.
