07/31 EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE

Hello everybody,

 

the Citadel server is going to undergo maintenance to apply some large backend changes that we weren't able complete yesterday. We expect the servers to be back online after 3 to 4 hours.

Hello again, 

 

we have finished our EU backend changes and are now going to deploy a patch to the game which requires us to also bring Jericho offline for the time being. We expect both NA and EU to be back up and running in 1 to 2 hours.

 

• Fixed login related issues related to GFAC. (This may be deployed AFTER the servers have come back online - Players can get this new version by opening their Launcher with no downtime.
• Fixed an issue causing some of the OCA-EW '626' Stock variants to use the OCA 'Whisper' stats.
• Changed the Grenadier Role to unlock Concussion grenades at Rank 2 and 3.

Dev Note: Last patch changed the rank requirement change for Concussion grenades from Rank 3 to 2, however, we have encountered an issue causing the Grenade to not be sent to user that were already Level 2 at the time of the patch releasing. Because of this we're changing the Grenade to unlock at both Rank 2 and 3 as a temporary measure so we do not lock out users from obtaining the Grenade type. If you have hit level 3 in the last day please contact the Customer Support team by emailing "support@littleorbit.com" so they can add the Grenade to your inventory.

I found gfac launch to be very good on my side, and game ran alot smoother. Was a solid 40ms in districts.

 

PS: NA Jericho had some ddos attacks as packetloss was haywire but i guess some arnt so happy with the changes.

Yo im surprised to hear that, i still got a logitech camera lol, anywho anyone know if radio tower and maybe minor fixs like dying hanging out the window on freeways, and maybe unlocking those 2 locked equipment slots or a improvement to less flippy cars. I kinda feel like the gyroscope for vehicles is kinda still deceiving at times. All goods tho. Goodjob on the progress, my bi polar doesn't get a chance to thank you guys or give ya good feedback.

@MageLO  this still didnt fix the issue of apb not even starting itself after pushing start button as described in known issues topic.

Will this patch change the matchmaking system back from the old one to the newer cross-district matchmaking ?

EDIT: I have nothing against golds, but there's a reason why I'm silver and not facing full group of golds
