Hey,

anyone smart enough to kindly guide me to this game's support webpage?
I have an ongoing issue since oct 2023 that's preventing me from enjoying the game and (more importantly to people who run the game) spending my money on it.

Last time they literally answered in days and closed the ticked immediately for "failing to verify personal data".

 

Personal data that was copy-pasted by me from a previous, successfully-resolved, ticket.

EasyAntiCheat has blocked me forever. 4 attempts to file an appeal ended with the removal of the appeal without explanation. The response time was about a week. My account was saved thanks to a general amnesty.  The developers have lost my trust and I have refused any donat.
