Steam Charts Concurrent Player Count

There are over 800 concurrent players on Steam Charts for APB, but N/A and E/U servers certainly don't reflect that. Where are all those players?

It doesn't matter, they letting the hax do whatever they want, no rules.

LO doesn't want my money, as far as I'm concerned the staff and the hackers are

one and the same. So LO sends their friends of gold and silver to insult me for 

not buying hax, when LO has not offered me any hax to buy, cuz they don't want to 

beat their friends in game. Oh I know now its all an inside job.
