Lower the Contact Standing slightly

leveling your characters takes way too long, I'm on my 8th max rank 15 contact level 7 and its taking me too long to level once with the slowly dying population we need slightly lower contact leveling.

The problem is there's too many items locked behind high ranking, even the useless stuff like 4-slot Balkan vehicles.

i just stopped worrying about leveling contacts after the first max rank now i just kinda see what the game gives me havent seen a waterfront open in like a month

This is definitely needed. I have stopped playing my criminal character because i have no progression to make on financial, and silver waterfront is barely populated and not fun to play on at all.

The final contacts are the most fun to level up

and the last contacts usually give free cars

ah yes final contacts 20 missions win or lose for 1 rank on premium only takes 20 weeks of pain to level up a full contact and you have to do that what four times?

Yep, I see nothing wrong with this at all

But hey, free mods and cars. So it kinda feels worth it. hitting max rank has it's satisfactions as well
