What's the best items I could possibly buy from the Armas marketplace?

Off the top of my head

AP45, 4x4 customizable with kits, NSSW (3slot), Atac (3slot), TAS/CSG, whatever has the option to be account bound, it's worth it.

 

And avoid buying reskins or items that are given as loyalty awards

Depends on how you play the game, if you're going for PVP, a 3 slotted account or char perm weapon, if costumization, up to you really, overall buy premium.

You only need a gun and a vehicle tbh. You already know which car, and about the gun... 

 

Either an LMG (NSSW, Union) or a rifle (oscar, obeya cr). Maybe a JG or a CSG if you're able to put it to work. 

Assault rifles are outclassed by other guns for the most part. But I guess a watchman could be good too. 

As for SMGs and secondaries... Either grab a PMG or save up JT for a Whisper. It doesn't take too long. And you don't need secondaries. The FBW is very solid. You could grab a golden act though.

Buy a ntec, an oscar, and a close weapon like oca whisper or joker tas.

revs and juggernaut pack both give you cars clothes and weapons enough so that the only real guns you need to buy after that are a cr762 maybe an oscar or sr15 and dog ear for sniping other then that buy clothes that you like or car mods

Well I bought whisperer perma acc and cloby.45 and 10k joker tickets for Ursus, gonna get more tickets for  Ursus and thinking about buying more weps yeah,I think weps are most important
