Verisa Posted June 8, 2018 Posted June 8, 2018 Hello, I would like to ask you a question. I'm using an loginscreen fix for faster game loading + i removed all ambient sounds from game folder. Now my question, will it be a problem for Battleye? The PC i'm using, has a poor config, and this helps me to get some more FPS.

"I am deaf so I can't see!" Also what are they supposed to see on that screenshot? That your screen is gray instead of having the normal login screen? So if BE is set up to take screenshots, then LO have to go though them to actually check. And since you are not even logged in yet, what can they really do about it? If anything, I'll just fix the login screen part so that it'll load the normal character scenery, but not the login screen. /shrug

All these tweaks or mods or whatever you call them are already out there in the wild and have been for a long time. It does break ToS but are they going to act upon it now? The ToS also stated shader edits were a bannable offense but they have never publicly or banned someone for it as far as I know. Uqe Posted June 8, 2018 Posted June 8, 2018 Yeah I was thinking the same thing, there are ways to remove ambient noise and muzzle effects. Im not taking any chances so I'm just gonna reinstall the game and only transfer over APBCompat and BaseInput
