Thats another good suggestion to fixing this issue and I do support this as well as the other similar ones that were put up here. Nobody gets a slap in the face and it encourages ppl to play nice. It would be better if events werent so bugged and the community always did the right thing but im going abit far there.

Its part of the problem of the event so yes, its relevant. And id like to think if ppl werent doing it for bragging they wouldnt boast the number of times they won in the event dist each night. Just saying.

Not saying everyone is evil, but the fact stands that 99% of repeat winners did it just to win. Yes there were those select few who won by accident or did it for the JT but lets be honest here, most did it just to brag and troll.

It was the same ppl over and over and over even after GMs asked to stop they kept winning and it prevented others from getting the skin. Why? So they could brag about how many times they won and so less ppl have the skin in the end. Nothing but griefing from said winners and tbh they should all serve a suspension for breaking the tos for griefing, but we know thats not guna happen.

The truth behind the gambling boxes is coming out and soon enough they will be done away with. With the EU moving towards barring them outright and sev other countries looking into them its only a matter of time. At this point in APBs life EU makes up the majority of the pop and income so I expect JMBs to be gone and the guns will be outright sold on armas soon enough. The guns from the power boxes I dont expect to see sold on armas. Not at all. It is better then the OBIR. FFA doesnt have the zoom an OBIR has and that makes it more viable at closer ranges and if its more viable at a bigger range swath then that means its better no?

That is not the main event this yr, the slay bells is the featured event this xmas. Gun games is just back by popular demand and might not have the rewards it had in yrs past.

Your like what, one of only 12 ppl who currently have it? Theres so few ppl who have it thats how exclusive it is. And im not sure how many won the event but I do know that the number who only won once is very small.

Me and Vicky already brought up new exclusive skins and the butcher skin is quite exclusive. Its one of the few things that still has it after what G1 did for yrs and yrs. If it was given to 12 ppl it would still be quite exclusive.

Gold weapon skin from armas, makes any osmaw golden as well as all other guns you own. coywolf doesnt stack up to a pio, jericho, vegas or the fun of a jeep. Remote det makes firebomb worthless, if i really wanted a crown id have gotten it already and i have a reaper, valentines scout and a 3 slot HVR perm. Once again the point of JT when you own everything is?

If you bought everything on armas what does 600JT do for you? If your R255 and can purchase anything from contacts what does 600JT do for you? If you have 60k JT banked what will more JT do?

There was work done, if butcher was given its not like those who got it didnt work for their win. Its much diff then just handing it out but again im up for suggestions.

What other exclusive weapon skin is out there that could be used for autumn assault? Ive suggested butcher and LO making a new exclusive. Im for either one just so long as its exclusive Thats not a bad idea at all. Fits for Autumn, just depends if LO wants to make a new skin or not tbh.

Exactly the butcher skin was changed to keep it exclusive for the handful who still play who have it. Without another exclusive to make up for making the autumn assault skin non exclusive is a slap in the face to those who did it right. The ones who griefed really could care less. Out of all the winners only a handful won once and did the right thing so if the butcher skin was given to them its still exclusive and still very few have it. I dont see anybody else suggesting a way that fits both sides here and ppl keep saying make it work for both sides and what i said does that yet nobody is reading.

If when this event was orig announced the butcher skin wasnt the reward yes id agree it was extreme but the fact stands that when this was orig announced the reward for 1st place was going to be the butcher skin. Since that was the orig reward it is not extreme. The reason it was changed was cause the select few vets who have it complained that it would ruin the exclusiveness. Valid point and it was changed to the autumn assault skin we have now, but since this all went due south out of the gate its valid to bring it back up. Maby LO can create another exclusive skin for what im saying but thats up to Matt but if the skin isnt exclusive all the hard work is pointless.

I think if LO is going to hand out the skin they need to hand out something for those ppl who won honorably at the same time. Im sure they can go back to the match history and pull all the winners and I know GM Mist was keeping a written list as to winners so they do have something to go off of. They got themselves in quite a pickle here and while awarding the skin to all participants is the right thing to do it then makes all the effort for those who did it honorably futile. If Matt gives this out then he needs to do right to those honorable folk as well that way is fair all around.

I personally am for my prior statement quoted below as that seems fair for anyone who played the event and was impacted one way or another. Obv those who didnt play fairly get nothing. Thats only if you dont own everything off armas and lets be honest, all the tryhards who kept repeat winning already own everything so JT is pointless. For those who own everything and didnt win JT is just as pointless so in your argument no JT isnt a meaningful consultation prize.

And I suggested to shift back to it as I said in my reply abit earlier as a way to reward those who behaved well vs those who didnt. Awarding the skin is fine in my book but after everything I had to go through just to get it I feel that there needs to be something more as im sure others minus those who win 20+ times will relate to.

It was never given out. Unless Matt takes my idea above into consideration it wont be seen.

@MattScott Yes this event was a complete failure however there should be some kind of reward for those ppl who actually adhered to the GMs requests to not continuously win. They showed great respect to the other players by not only avoiding to win but helping others win the skin. I honestly think the butcher skin should be brought back as an option for these players cause its players like those who make the community and the game great and fun. For those who won repeatedly however I feel they should get nothing as while yes the JT was a big draw there were those who were winning just for bragging rights and to block others from winning not caring about the JT (this is considered griefing and is against the TOS). I fell it should go like this as it would be fair and would encourage future good behavior by the community. Word of mouth how bad it is ppl avoid the game altogether. All it takes is bad talking and some ppl run away
