The Joker Store is COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT unless attempting to state it's only overpowered BECAUSE you can get it from the Joker Store. Which he/she does.

Agree, Agree, and NOPE. If you change the OCA back to it's original state, it will recover all bloom from each shot, before the next shot. That's adding on CJ3 and Reflex Sight 3. (February 2014 OCA+PMG changes. Don't forget the "skilled players" that can consistently, and indefinitely TTK you over the weekend as Mitigation, and teleporting 15m at a time is occurring. Or the days after where half of your bullets aren't registering because the servers are still being stressed, yet somehow they are just SO good that every packet that manages to make it to the server has the bullet fired towards you hit. Every single time. Perfectly. But those "really good players" that coincidentally know where you are through 20m Radar limits driving to run you over 190m away through two blocks of cover and Flares, hiding behind the defense of "ITS THUH SHREDDER."

The only way to beat Shredder at this point, is a point blank HVR (OOPS NERFEDLOL), and a Yukon(OOPS NERFEDOMEGALUL).

There came a point in the game's updates, that Reflex Sight literally just stopped effecting things. Good to see hypocrites that don't know what they're talking about.

What about Reflex Sight? At some point in the game's updates, it literally just stopped effecting anything. It didn't reduce bullet spread, it didn't reduce the crosshair set even a single pixel like it use to... But you change Improved Rifling? ?? Also the fact that Cooling Jacket actually reduces bloom instead of increasing it due to the link between fire rate and spread recovery out-pacing the outward bloom of weapons (Primarily ARs)? ??? And this is IGNORING the unknown cause of the bug that for some reason links server performance to IR3's maximum bloom taking effect BEFORE you're even at maximum bloom, causing perfect shots to miss for no apparent reason during fire, even if shooting incredibly slow?

It's a bit late to reply, but I don't use Clotting 3 because it's useless. The difference in the couple hundred milliseconds is absolutely not going to protect you from any of the nonsensically unbalanced weapons, unless you and the enemy you are fighting, are complete idiots missing every shot in the middle of the open. And the difference in the TWELVE POINT TWO second recovery, to the 6.5 difference in something that is almost always going to result in no effect what-so-ever, is completely pointless. If it didn't take 200ms to start recovering, it could actually out recover a single bullet on players that are too busy spraying, and if you are playing the game competently, was actually effective. Also, all /fpsdetail did was tell players when to not start combat because the servers were, or were about to, sperg out to hell after they changed servers, and no longer wanted detailed information about how miserably bad they were still performing. TLDR, shit players wanted the people that knew what they were doing nerfed, because they were too busy spraying SMGs and AR's across the map instead of using cover and skill, so it took "more bullets" to kill them.
